This is a beautifully restored 1929 architectural gem that is impeccable in cleanliness, landscaping, furnishings, service and quietness. The gated parking is in a quiet secure neighborhood. The acre plus grounds are well kept and a pool and spa are available. The rooms are well appointed with refrigerators and good beds. There are many original fixtures that are in superb...

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Villa. Jim is a wonderful host. Beds and baths are very comfortable. It's very quiet for being located so close to all the action. A short 3 block walk to many restaurants. Our friends are repeat guests and we would definitely go back.

The Villa turned out to be all I expected. The location to the beach was perfect and the ability to relax on my own balcony with a view and hot tub was spectacular. Jim, the host was very kind, gracious, and showed the pride he took in taking care of his guest. He went above and beyond to to take...

This place is fantastic! Beautiful historic mansion, beautiful room, and beautiful grounds. Jim, the owner, is the perfect host. Very friendly and thoughtful about our needs without being the least bit overbearing. Excellent pool that we almost always had to ourselves. It saved us during a very hot and humid week. The Villa is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood,...

Make this your "homebase" while in Daytona Beach. The relaxation we experienced at the Villa out ranked the shores of Daytona Beach hands down! We needed a get away and chose the Villa rather than a noisy- rushed- stressful Hotel and it was the best decision made after deciding to go to Daytona Beach. Jim was so helpful, friendly and...

My husband and I came here for our anniversary last August and absolutely LOVED it! The entire property was gorgeous! Plus, what could be more relaxing that sipping champagne and looking at a beautiful view from a hot tub on the roof?

The Villa looks very nice from the outside however that warm fuzzy feeling disappears once you have the chance to actually look at the place up close. Jim and his cat Smokey greeted us when we arrived and as he showed us around it became apparent that the cat (which was not mentioned in the advertisement) had free roam of...

Wonderful, wonderful. Sometimes using the internet to book a room "sight unseen" really works out. We picked out the Villa for our Labor Day/ Anniversary get-away and really hit the jackpot. James was a gracious and welcoming host. The accommodations were first-rate and being in the King Juan Carlos Room made us feel like royalty. We won't be staying anywhere...

Romantic, charming and convenient. I stayed in the King Juan Carlos Room. It was spectacular. The other rooms were nice as well. The owner/manager lives on the premises and is charming, hospitable and a fountain of information about the house, the antiques he personally collected, the art work, etc. 4 blocks from the beach and the pool and patio are...
