Didn't know what to expect as we had not seen the resort until we checked in. Rooms very nice. No maid service so you're on your own until you check out. Fully loaded kitchen and 2 TV's. Small pool but steps from the Ocean. All staff nice and friendly.

Great location on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores. Clean and comfortable unit and furnishing; plus great internet service. Nice pool and poolside area. Resort staff friendly and helpful. Small resort means easy access from the unit to the beach and to the parking lot. Only complaint is the resort doesn’t provide towels for pool/beach, and they don’t want you...

Best way to describe it is to....stay away! We're supposed to stay on a getaway vacation can only advise getaway. Old smelly run down place with about as much atmosphere as an old muddy swamp. Unless you are going to Daytona for an event and the Salvation Army is full consider a good pillow a blankee and a knapsack from...

We exchanged from Orlando. Units are abit dated and basic! Found it strange that they don't supply beach towels? This is the first experience of this! Also I normally leave the room as tidy as possible but this is overly stated as a regulation. Another first!! Love the beach but wouldn't go back!

This property is an old motel converted to condos. It is on the beach and has everything you need supplied in the condo. Our unit was very clean. The decor is 50ish; turquoise and yellows. Linens were very worn. It isn't what we usually use but we were there for the race and used what was available. Mostly older people...

My husband and I exchanged a week at our Orlando timeshare to stay here for a week to meet up with some family members who live up north and we dont get to see very often. We liked it a lot. It's small and cozy and people were friendly. It is, of course, not a fancy hotel. It's a vacation...

Stayed here in late August with family. Has been updated since our last stay. Our room was clean and neat. We had two adjoining rooms. One with a kitchen and Murphy bed and room with two double beds. Each had a bathroom. Unit was very clean albeit small. Replaced kitchen bar area with table that sits four. Better use of...
