Spring break varies by school. Some institutions have started their break this weekend. The latest college break is the latter part of April. The hotel has a contingent of seasonal winter visitors that return annually. They are predominantly 50+ years old and IMHO the hotel wouldn’t want to alienate these customers by having a large contingent of rowdy college students. I’d suggest calling the hotel to confirm this assumption on my part.
