Unit was very clean. Good amenities. So glad there was coffee pot, coffee, etc. provided. Bed was too firm for me but that's personal choice. Staff was friendly. Great location for our event. Would stay there again. Pricey for what we were doing but the hotels were ridiculous with their rates.

Rooms were spacious and good location on Daytona Beach but no pool as it was empty with large construction tape around it. The bed made noise and not comfortable. Seemed expensive for what we got. We can spend that type of money at Disney and get a very nice and clean room.

Terrible experience!!! The room was disgusting and old. I Had to move rooms 4 times and finally went to bed at 2am!!!! Apparently their room rates vary. So I paid just as much as my friend paid for a 2 night stay!?!? This iwas such a horriblr experience, Never again will I ever go back to that hotel!

The room is too small. Wristbands are a pain. Hallways are too tight, I could not get around the cleaning cart. Too much noise early in the AM. Too cold but you have no control over the weather, could have used a thicker blanket. ,

Looks like they are trying to update this resort but the rooms need some basic things done to them. Such as deodorizing, update appliances our dishwasher was falling apart each time I pulled a the door open. It was so loud! You could hear everything around you from upstairs and next to you.

When we first arrived all was good. Beautiful views and front desk very small but gentleman that helped was friendly. Our room was ok. Would've been nice to know the hotel for the most part is under construction. One pool was closed and miniature was closed for no apparent reason, it was cold so the pool was not going to...

We were in town for the 24 hr Rolex race. Room was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies Wich we did not use. Front door was not sealed well and the wind blew thru all night, had to put a towel under door. The $150. Deposit was not good a thing. The bathroom fixtures were a bit rusty. The bed was...

Leslene, our concierge service professional, was very professional and accommodating throughout our vacation stay. She is quite an asset to the Grand Seas Resort team. Leslene was helpful and went that "extra mile". She offered stellar customer service.

I was a little worried about recent reviews, but we had nothing but an excellent experience! The rooms were great - and being able to look out over the ocean every day was amazing. The window opened, so you could hear the ocean day and night - loved it! Having the kitchen was a huge plus, we stocked the fridge...
