We spent two nights in Destin as we passed through. Beachside Inn was recommended to me by a friend. Beachside Inn appeared to be an older motel that was remodeled and running as a boutique motel. Our stay was excellent! I first must call out the staff that made us feel very welcome and special to be staying with them. They were very accommodating and concerned about our stay.
The rooms were very nice. Very spacious and tastefully remodeled. The Beachside Inn is also located in an excellent area that makes the Destin area very accessible. I would recommend the Beachside Inn to anyone looking for a little getaway in Destin.

From the moment you check in you feel welcome here! Kelly is great ( she always remembers us by name) . We loved the changes made recently, especially the big walk-in showers ! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It is the perfect place to stay when you travel with a pet. The fresh bread in every room is a delicious special touch. Camille's Restaurant and Sidewalk Cafe both have great food and the cafe is a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the scenery . We love the Beachside Inn. It truly is our happy place !

We are Livid. Supposed to be renting a condo. This simply is a bedroom. No kitchen. No washer and dryer. Lies about the fees. Calmed to be $873 for 6 nights. You reserve and they then tack on an additional credit card charge seemingly cover credit card fee. AND THEN, they sprung $112 in another charge for the pet!!!!! This was supposed to be included in original fee.
For $1,000, we could have secured a lovely, full condo.
DO NOT FALL FOR VBRO’s tricks. This had ruined our vacation, which is much needed.

We were scheduled to arrive here today 9-15. But due to tropical storm Nicholas we had to cancel. This would have been our first experience. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Destin. We called this morning just before we were scheduled to leave. We thought were going to get stuck with entire amount but only had to pay a small cancellation/one night visit amount. They were so pleasant and understanding. SUPER customer service!!!!!

Well run with friendly helpful staff, simple but clean, and perfectly adequate rooms. Excellent easy beach access to beach park with showers and bathrooms directly across a lightly traveled 2-lane road. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. The beach is beautiful, and clean, with sugar-white sand.

We had the joy of staying at Beachside Inn for four nights and we will return whenever we return to Destin. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The building and grounds were clean and well kept. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and I cannot say enough about the wonderfully big shower. We were so close to the beach that all we had to do was to literally just walk across the street. Booking the stay was an easy and pleasant experience with the helpful staff on the phone. If you are traveling to Destin, do yourself a favor and book a room at the Beachside Inn.

The Beachside Inn is our favorite place to vacation. We have been there several times. Everyone is so nice. The staff there treat you like old friends . The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The Inn is very clean and pretty. It is perfect for pets with a nice exercise area and tile floors. The rooms are bright and cheerful and the beds are very comfortable. Camille’s restaurant on site has delicious food. We especially enjoyed sushi- the Spider Roll with fresh crab and avacado. The views are gorgeous and it is just a few steps to the beach.

Loved this little place. My room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Loved the large shower, beds super comfy. Had a little trouble with the door upon arrival but all was well within a few minutes of reporting the problem. The little kitchenette was perfect for breakfast and coffee. The public beach was right across the street and the restaurants on property were so convenient and tasty! Would love to try the pool next time. Found my new place to stay at the beach!

In the area we stayed at, the beach is private until 5:00pm, then becomes public. It's strictly enforced. Most of the condo's in this area are that way. There's public beach areas next too the private sections.
The closest grocery store is the Publix at Paradise Key. There is a Super Walmart a little over 2 miles to the west and a Whole Foods 1 mile to the east.
Yes, we have rooms that are designated as not pet friendly. Please mention that you would like a specifically non-pet friendly room at booking so that we can accommodate you.
There are more places to choose from in the Destin area.
