We had an excellent time and the condo was awesome. It had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. The condo itself was clean and enough space for us and we were a family of 8. We will be returning!

I️ think it just depends on the owner of your unit. Ours (406) wasn’t pet friendly, however while there I️ saw other people that had their dogs, so you probably should check with the owner. As far as the cancellation policy we were told only if the area is being evacuated and we traveled during Hurricane Nate. We did purchase the trip insurance for about $45 but even it has certain requirements with reimbursement. Again, this cancellation policy may be up to the owner so I’d check your rental agreement. Not sure about senior citizen rates. I do recommend booking through the sterling resorts website though, you’ll get a much cheaper rate than booking through other websites.
