My daughter worked very hard at school this year and we told her she could pick a trip anywhere she wanted. She wanted to go to Florida to visit Winter the dolphin. I picked this location from reviews and the fact that we wanted to be close to everything but I needed a nice peaceful location to decompress from a...

There are no hotels near Honeymoon Island/Dunedin Beach. I grew up in the area and everytime I come home for a visit I get stuck in a hotel with the masses down on overcrowded Clearwater Beach. I was thrilled to find a facility close to my favorite beach. The villas have beach cruisers if u want to ride to the...

We stayed here again April 2012 coming here for 4 years. Annetta & Sam (owners) are very helpful. Their accomodations are awesome. Plenty of space. We prefer to stay on 2nd floor, we like our privacy and the views are gorgeous. These views are lovely from our porch as well as on the grounds. The pool is cold, kids love...

This place is fantastic. We arrived during Tropical Storm Debby and thought our vacation was ruined until we walked into our villa. The place was so clean and the view of the Sound was beautiful. It was close enough to everything yet it was very private with such a serene setting. It was paradise even through the storm. We saw...

We booked 3 villas for our family gathering. The villas were excellent with excellent views to boot. We had a great time fishing, barbecuing, swimming at the pool, and playing card games on the patio. We highly recommend this place instead of a regular hotel!

Then , ... you go there, ... and everything looks one thousand time a lot better than the pictures. My Wife and I when there last weekend, when we got...

My husband had to be in Dunedin for business for two months and had never been to Dunedin, FL before. We ended up finding Coconut Villas and they were able to accommodate us and our dog. The staff from the main office to the grounds crew were very friendly and reflects back on the owners and how awesome they are!...

My husband was in the area on business and staying at the Coconut Villas for 2 weeks. Once he called and told me how great the place was, I had to join him for a few days. He was right! The 2 bdrm condo/villa was VERY clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a Florida motif. The unit overlooked the water...
