Myrta makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Every possible need is met and even those you didn't even know you had. The pool and hot tub are beautiful! After staying at tons of B and B's this is by far the number one. Go and check it out!

We just got home from three wonderful nights at the Hoyt House. We stayed in the Wells room on the first floor. It is a nice size room with a king size bed that sits very high off the floor. The room is equipped with a large sized flat screen tv, which my husband enjoyed watching football on. The location...

The love and care of the owners shows in every detail in this grand Victorian. Wish we could have stayed more than just one night to take advantage of all this place had to offer -- high tea, English pub, pool and spa... But the porch on a rainy afternoon was perfect, the bed inviting, and the morning breakfast a...

Wonderful! We will return. We have stayed in B&Bs before. Hoyt House is by far the best! The service was impeccable. The chef is outstanding and High Tea was a wonderful experience. We were there with our daughter and son-in-law and had a great time. I have recommended Hoyt House to friends and family if they want an outstanding experience...

We decided on spur of the moment to spend an evening at a Bed and Breakfast in Fernandina Beach, FL. When we began searching on line, this was initially our third choice. I am so thankful we couldn't get into our first two choices as this place really exceeded our expectations. It was a very beautifully restored home. Very clean...

The owners of the Hoyt House have really done well in making their B&B the top-flight place to stay in Amelia Island. Our room was spacious and clean, with a ridiculously comfortable bed. The location makes pretty much anything on the island within walking distance, or you can use the pair of bicycles kept on site for the guests' use....

I stopped here for one night, but it definitely is a place where I want to return. Aside from Amelia Island, which needs more time to explore and enjoy, then Inn was delightful. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable bedroom/bed. And breakfast was delicious - with a menu so folks had several choices. I also enjoyed the pub and talking with...

Very beautiful inn and the inn keeper Myrta went out of her way to allow us to check in early so we could leave our yorkie and rat terrier and go on the boat tour in Fernandina. Breakfast was awesome! I do wish that places that are pet friendly would allow guests to stay in other rooms, besides just the...
