I stayed here on Dec 21 before my cruise. Enjoyed my stay there and the staff were also nice. Clean room, pool and lobby. Wonderful patio dinner just .05 mile west of hotel called Waxy O"Conners . Nice walk in Florida. Walgreens store was handy also. Left my phone charger there along with nice tip in two dollar bills but...

Greetings - Thank you for staying with us and I hope you enjoyed your cruise! I am very sorry we were not able to locate your phone charger. You mentioned dining at Waxy O'Connor's - that is one of my favorite restaurants close to our hotel - their patio is a great place to enjoy food and libations. We hope...

We stayed here one night before leaving on a cruise the next day. It is so convenient to the port. We were part of a large group all going on the cruise, so we were able to get a great rate, as well as free breakfast buffet. I would not hesitate to stay at any Renaissance Hotel, and I would...

We stayed here in Dec 2013 prior to boarding a Caribbean Cruise - the hotel was in a fantastic location and offers a shuttle to the cruise port for $6 per person. However the rooms were very basic and smelt of smoke when we arrived. It took 15 minutes plus to get a lift in the morning back up to...

Hi Kate - Thanks for staying with us recently and I appreciate the feedback regarding the rooms. I am sorry that your room smelled of smoke as we are a non-smoking hotel. I will be sure to pass this along to my Housekeeping Manager so that we are able to identify this issue in the future. The hotel will be...

We missed our cruise ship by minutes but came to the Renaissance and they did everything possible to make us better. First a great room with very comfortable beds. Then Tashala from the front desk came to our room when I had trouble connecting to the wifi. They also helped with plane reservations and another MRriot reservation so we could...

Great service. The hotels is nice and clean. People were friendly. The bare is nice and the pool very clean. The price was just right. I recommend this one, it's close to a mall and around 10 minutes to the beach.

We stayed here one night before our cruise sailed. This was a great hotel and the front desk lady, Debra was fantastic. Debra remembered my name and told us where we could go to eat, she was very helpful and friendly. I would definately stay here again. Debra is a great asset to this hotel! Pool area was very nice...

Thank you for your feedback during your recent stay with us. As a point of reference, our hotel is located right next to the cruise port and less than 2 miles from the beach. We have ample transportation opportunities to get our guests to and from the local attractions including a .25 trolley. In addition, we are in walking distance...

The service from check-in to check-out was outstanding! For example, we arrived late Friday night tired and hungry from long flight and although their restaurant was about to close they gladly took our order. The room was elegant, quite and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the cruise port and convenience store for those last minute cruise items. We...

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. The port is literally 10 minutes away. There is a shuttle service to the ports at $6 per person - not worth it for families of 4 or more (get a cab instead). Stayed here over Christmas and it was lovely. Friendly staff, pool is great. But had to pay for wifi which was annoying. Every hotel should provide free wifi for guests. The decor was lovely and it was clean too. Our room was big and very pleased overall.
