Honestly, with pictures and ratings I thought this place would be ideal. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with our whole trip. Let me tell you why: Out of the 5 nights we stayed, 2 of them we received house keeping, after we asked multiple times via telephone. FINALLY I went down there and asked and it was finally done after days of not being done. Which also means they slacked on the amenities that are offered and the "$35 resort fee"... but don't worry that check-out tab was there bright and early under the door, the day we checked out! This shows they are only worried about $ and not keeping customers happy. -The wallpaper on the wall was peeling -We had no patio furniture when we arrived -The bedroom was dirty, and under the bed was even worse.. dust, dirt, peoples water bottle tops. -In the beginning we asked for upgrades and they continuously told us to keep checking back saying they would be available the next day, they never were. -The drains in the shower didn't work, even if it was a beautiful shower. -The pool area was okay, pigeons swam in the pool which is disgusting. -The bathrooms were so dirty by the pool. -Drinks were ridiculously expensive for almost nothing. $45 for 2 drinks? WHAT! -Everyday we would walk back into the room and the refrigerator would leak all over the floor. -The temperature in the room was set to 60, but it most definitely did NOT reach any lower than 70. -2/3 of the phones in the room did not work. -Room felt and smelt mildewey -The iron was broken -THE BED, was absolutely awful.. spring noises, so uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get home to my bed. -Only 1 person working the front desk most times and they were extremely backed up, which was hard to get the simplest tasks done, like getting towels. Now, I don't necessarily like being purely negative So, the convenience of having bikes downstairs and the view from the pool top was nice and that's all I can really think of on the positive note. Oh and the spa was closed the week we went. AWFUL!

We are staying at the hotel right now. So underwhelmed and not even close to what we expected. Absolutely horrible. We’re stuck here two more nights, but I’m seriously thinking about surprising my husband and going somewhere better! While our room is ocean front and quite large, everything is falling apart. Tub doesn’t work, kitchen isn’t stocked with appropriate cooking supplies, sofa bed is absolutely disgusting and no one over 3 would ever be able to even sleep on it. Cringing having my child on it, but she’s using her blanket and bedding seems…okay. Patio furniture falling apart. Furniture inside is so old and barely functional. It’s appalling that they would call this a 4-star hotel. Pool is not clean - I’d be lying if I didn’t have concerns about one of us getting some sort of an infection from it. Totally corroded, cracked cement and in desperate need of repair. Lobby is not light and bright and inviting, but dark and old. Alex at the front desk is lovely, but that is it. Overall, the perfect word to describe the hotel is “icky.” Considering the last year, it would have been a perfect opportunity for them to renovate the complete property. This was our first vacation in over a year - total waste of time and money! Today is Father’s Day so I wanted to bite my tongue and enjoy the beach and day, but I have to say something tomorrow! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

NOT a 4 star resort! I stayed in an oceanfront room and the furniture is cheap and old. The fridge didn't work. They came and said they reset it but that did nothing. Finally day 3 they replaced the fridge. The carpet is coming up at the seams and nails are sticking out of the floor. The patio furniture was coming apart you couldn't even sit on the chairs. The pool chairs are awful! Where your butt sits is a bar across the whole thing, Weird. $38 to park and a nightly $35 resort fee is not worth it here! Both beds squeaked anytime anyone would roll over. I stayed in rom 808. Would not recommend or stay here again.

A girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend, oceanfront king room. The view was great, the pool was great - hard to get a chair midday but if you go before noon you should be good. Also want to mention that they play music at the pool during the day that can be heard in your room if the balcony door is open but it didn’t bother us. The massage is arguably overpriced but fantastic. Overall a great stay. The valet guys are the best!

I spent a lot of time looking for a nice 4.5 star beach front resort in Ft Lauderdale, narrowed my choice down to the Atlantic, Conrad, W, Westin, and Hilton. Settled in on the Atlantic and made a HUGE mistake. First off - this is not a 4.5 star place, and I feel I was misled. Here is a short list of things you can get at any other resort that you can't get here: Beach chairs, nothing. You pay for a beach front resort, and evidently all you can do is stand on it. Every other resort beach area down the entire strip has chairs, umbrellas, etc.. Not here. Room service - nothing. Every other resort has it. Coffee - guess what? You can't get a cup of coffee in the morning without leaving the resort. Same applies to a soda, bottle of water, nothing. No room service, no cafe, restaurant doesn't open until 11am, and the gift shop is closed. Breakfast - no options. Nothing, can't get a thing until 11 am without leaving the resort. Tiny pool, awful service - I don't know how much more to leave here but the long story short is do not waste your vacation time and money staying here. Any other 4+ star resort will deliver. There is nothing to like about this place - so much so it prompted me to make my first ever negative review, and I travel a LOT. I'm pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company, staying here is fraud on ever l level.
