Really disappointed in our experience with this hotel. I knew I made a mistake booking this hotel when we walked into the lobby. The line to check in was 7 people deep with only one person managing check ins. After 20 minutes in line we...More
Had to stay over one night in Fort Lauderdale to visit a family member in a tough spot. That being said it’s winter in NYC and I wanted to hear the ocean.
Let’s be fair and honest. The hotel is a couple of years past...More

Yes, believe it or not, the chairs are 'free', but parasols are charged. You have to give your room number & name to the attendant on the beach. Evidently if you haven't paid the resort fee, or something of that ilk, then you will be charged for the chair. We witnessed a chap, with pool towels, being told he would have to pay for the chair, as there was obviously a question mark at his name / room. Needless to say, he went to the pool.....Cabanas & day beds can be rented at the pool, again for extra charge....$150/ $200..... Remember, you get a bottle of water pp, daily.... !!
