Room was disgusting. Stained walls and curtains. MOLD in shower. Smelled damp and nasty the minute I walked in. Would give less than one star if I could. Will never stay again nor recommend to anyone. They didn't even make the bed 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there.

Calling at 12:30 a.m. after driving for 24 hours for a room the lady was so helpful and took care of everything we needed to do over the phone. I am just sorry I do not remember her name to give her the recognition she so deserves. The mattress and pillows was the best I have ever slept on in a hotel.

The room was comfortable, but the traffic outside was very noisy. The woman at the front desk said that she would give us a room at the back of the hotel where it was quieter, but it was out front along the main highway with lots of noisy traffic. The shuttle drivers were very helpful.

Noisy and not in a good area. No food in safe walking distance. Canceled upcoming reservation and would not stay again. No cancellation number or follow up email. Front lobby closed until 8am so couldn’t access coffee.

Worst hotel ever…missing a shower head!, toilet not flushed and room dirty…not to mention the musty smell, loud noises from the road and doors that don’t properly close. Worst hotel experience ever.

the room was clean but the floors were dirty, staff was helpful. the "food service " had a very limited menu, and not much around, fast food a half a mile walking. Didnt feel that walking at night was an option!

I had a standard room. Paid with Wyndham points. The hotel is on a busy street, lots of traffic/trucks noise. Also, it is next to a railroad track so more noise. Otherwise, clean and helpful office staff, thanks Chris. I had one major problem. When changing clothes I put my cash in the drawer between the beds (where a bible would usually be found). When leaving the hotel I forgot that detail and didn't remember until I had reached my next destination. I called spoke with the Mgr. Bill. I was told that the housekeeping supervisor cleaned my room and no money was found? So either I'm lying or they are.

the Suttle is a joke. late both times and over priced. filth everywhere. noisy. restaurant / lounge was nothing more than a snack bar. complete with dirty sticky menus. staff was friendly and helpful.

Shuttle drivers very nice and HK needs some attention but the stay was good. Front Desk staff nice. A lot of restaurants and stores close by. I would stay again, The outside was clean not much traffic.

The room served its purpose. Double Queen, non-smoking facing the main street. Plenty of traffic noise, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Biggest issue with the room was the strong smell of weed. That seems to be an issue with pretty much all hotels these days. The room and front desk staff get 4 stars. The man who was driving the shuttle to the airport on 1/15 at noon was horrible. The vehicle was a large SUV (maybe an Escalade) and it was just my wife and I at first. We each had a suitcase and a backpack, leaving plenty of room in the luggage area of the vehicle. As we were getting in the car, another woman showed up with one bag, slightly larger than a gym bag and he refused to let her put it in with our bags, and made her keep the bag at her feet in the front seat. I even suggested that I could put the bag between our seats, and he just wasn’t having it. There was no reason to be as rude and short with her. Also, while we were on the way to the airport, he was constantly on the phone without a hands-free device, and he was a rude to the people on the phone as he was with the other person in the car. I tried talking to him about the way he treated the other passenger and his response was that it wasn’t my problem and he didn’t care. I always tip shuttle drivers pretty well, but this guy was so bad that he got nothing. Days Inn, I’d seriously consider reviewing your contract with this guy, as he represents your property and negative effects reviews.…
