This hotel is very old and dirty. The breakfast isn't good either. Front desk, Gloria was the worse customer service. She was so cranky and snappy and tried to argue with me when I can get on the ship. Dolores was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

On a road trip with my husband, daughter and dog, we stayed at the Embassy Suites as it is pet-friendly. The lobby and pool was very nice, however our pet-friendly room with tile floors was not. The floor was very dirty and sticky. I'm not sure of the cleanliness of the non-pet-friendly rooms is. If bringing your pet, I would...

We have stayed at this hotel several years already prior to our cruises. The staff do an excellent job to accommodate! We get the package that includes our transportation...it's a great deal! Well done staff!

This was a one night pre-cruise stay for our family, altogether 4 rooms, 8 people. My husband and I were the hosts, and I didn't want the bills put under the doors of our guests, rather I wanted all of the rooms to be on one bill and under our door. Simple request, one that they have likely had many...

Hotel was clean and pool/reception area is gorgeous, very relaxing. Complimentary open bar/Happy hour was priceless, enjoyed the stay very much. Would have like a little bit more than just nachos with the open bar, but drinks more than made up for it.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before a cruise. The location is about the only really good thing about this hotel. The rooms are big but really dated could use a major overhaul. It seems all hotels in the area take advantage of the large cruise ships departing from the port and put the prices up because they...

Only 1 or 2 of the electrical outlets worked. The hotel seemed outdated. It was convenient to the cruise ship, so that was a plus. There was no shuttle to and from the airport. It also cost to go into town or to the cruise ship.

We stayed here for two nights pre-cruise. I had read reviews and looked at pictures, but wasn't sure what to expect since some describe it as the best hotel ever and some felt it was badly in need of a remodel. I'd say our experience was somewhere in between. Probably the biggest negative for us was some smoke odor in...

We try to stay in Embassy suites if possible when traveling. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Not at the level we have grown to expect from Embassy Suites. It is an older building.

As I write this review, my BF and I are in our room this very minute like 2 weary souls who have found sanctuary. While ES is considered by some not to be up to standards or the "newest crayon in the box" I neither saw or gave thought to either issue as I was too blinded by above and...
