Tell me this is not a Hyatt Hotel. The hallways are narrow and not well lit. The rooms are small but filled with shabby furniture - so small we had to push furniture together to get around the room. I guess this hotel just needs...More
The breakfast was excellent - various choices each morning. The hours could be extended for people on vacation who like to sleep in :) it is 6-9 on weekdays. The staff was receptive and helpful. They accommodated us very well. The pool is right next...More
Even the Ritz Paris couldn't match the special greeting we received at the Hyatt Place. I was greeted by my first name even before I told anyone and was given a big bottle of water and freshly baked cookie upon check in! The short stay...More

with all the good in life sometimes bad has to be experience so that we have a new perspective on what we bring with us and what we might anticipate and some things cannot be anticipated and happen anyway. The phrase good things happen to bad people or wait--- bad things happen to good people. you might find that gratitude for any hotel you might fall into goes a long way and then diplomatically explaining your concerns will cause more action in your favor then maybe a confrontation with a rude assistant manager. I'm sorry to hear that happened with you.
while on business in the area I had, multiple times that I've stayed at that wonderful Hotel every experience was delightful. Why bed bugs what it sounds like you caught were even at that hotel well we think the clientele healthier and cleaner than most especially since they are of money and not transients are homeless people wow what are the odds?
