This was just an overnight stay and I would probably not have a problem any other time, but we had no electricity from the time we checked in until 10 PM (when I had just started to doze off all the lights etc came on). Our room had a large window and door (of glass) which had blinds to keep...

Not a bad place, but not great. Location is great for bars and lots of action. Beach is right across the street. Rented bikes and could go everywhere. However, rooms are very "tired" and not super clean. It's actually hard to really see if it's clean due to everything being so worn out. The Tiki bar is a great area...

Nice tropical feel. Stayed in room 143, above the bar. Beautiful room. Wife and I are a young 50 so we didn't mind hearing the music. Staff is attentive. No problems, close to times square. Pool near the office has a "lively" crowd. The pool on the other side of 4th Street has a waterfall and is much quiter. The...

Our room was clean, with a very comfortable king bed. Unfortunately, the room was located right next to a dumpster. Almost every night of our 5 night stay, hotel staff would throw bottles, can, trash etc. into the dumpster when we were sleeping. It was quite loud and woke us up. So I would advise travelers to ask for a...

First time at this hotel. What a great place, laid back, great location. The tiki bar was a ton of fun, great food, fantastic breakfast, super pizza, and the bartenders were a lot of fun. We are planning on going here again. May not recommend it for families with little kids though.

We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with the accommodations. Room was cleaned daily along with fresh towels and linens. Not a bad walk to the best restaurants. (Short cut under the bridge) or to Time Square and the beach. Would stay here again.

Got a great room, newly renovated suite with very comfortable beds. Location was fantastic, in the middle of everything - close to beach, Times Square, bars and restaurants, short drive to Sanibel Island. Excellent value in prime location. Great hospitality, cool Tiki Bar and nice pool on premises. Very private. We were by the pool and tiki bar, so music...

Our room was perfect -- large, clean, cheery, comfortable beds. At first, I was worried about being situated next to the pool, but when we closed the door, it was quiet. Also, everyone leaves the pool early. The location is just what we wanted. We parked our car when we arrived (thrilled to have free parking) and walked everywhere. The...

Avoid the cottage on Third St holding room 173 unless you plan to stay up past 2am partying. The dumpster is right outside. The noise is crazy: either bar tenders discarding/crashing bottles while you are trying to sleep or early in the morning the trucks picking up the container and dumping it. Breaking glass is noisy! Friday night is karaoke...
