I’m a Gold Member. I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels and resorts but this hotel was horrible! The room was disgusting. The bathroom had long hair bunched up in two corners, pubic hair on the ceiling above the door with a brown smudge right next to it. The room itself didn’t feel clean so decided not to use the coffee maker. Told the manager and got written off! Btw, the AC was crazy load!

The location was great, but our room had a strange smell to it. Also, there was no parking available--not even paid parking. We were told to just try to find a place on the street, which was somewhat difficult since the location is right near busy restaurants. The bag breakfast was unimpressive. We visited other hotels that had a modified breakfast due to COVID that did a much better job. The pool was basically a large hot tub.

Be careful entering and exiting the main entrance of the hotel, especially in the evening. Great location. Clean rooms. Unbelievably oblivious towards the security of the hotel entrance and who is allowed to stand and comment on the female quests as they enter the hotel.

The hotel room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby however was frequented by people not wearing masks and numerous homeless persons were in the lobby and using the facilities. The staff was ill equipped.

My husband and I stayed here to visit our daughter at UF. This was our 2nd time at the hotel in the past 3 months. last visit was great, thus prompting us to book it again. The room itself was incredibly spacious, very clean and quiet, but the property and its surroundings looked unkept-broken beer bottles outside of the lobby front doors, full garbage cans, etc...guests smoking pot openly outside of the lobby (I know that's not in your control), dirty elevator floors, etc...1 elevator was down on Saturday and long waits, so we took the stairs. Also, our room was not serviced throughout our 2 night stay. I'd have to say that what bothered me the most was the lack of enforcement of mask wearing. Over half of the guests roaming in and out of the lobby and getting in the small elevator were not wearing masks and no one was enforcing it or at least encouraging it. I understand that hotels are short staffed, but it was disappointing. Unsure if we will return in the future, and it's a shame because it's very well located and near great restaurants.
