Don't expect fancy or a free breakfast but adequate for a restful night after a full day of Diving. Have Used this four timed6during the years on dive trips. 4 stars are based on meeting expectations of a basic motel centrally located in the cave dive area

Maybe I just like "Old Florida". We stayed here 5 years ago, and it has improved, new TVs, wifi, still friendly as heck. The maintenance must be a chore, because this place has seen a lot of years but is still looking good. The room is clean, the bathroom looks like it was built in the 50's, but it's clean,...

Our kayak group of eight older guys stayed here two separate nights while paddling the Santa Fe River. Prices are very reasonable, across the street is a great diner, staff is helpful, parking right outside your room and it's close to town and the river. It suited our needs perfectly, but has limited amenities - no pool, for instance -...

A small southern town where the waitresses still call you honey! The hotel was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made you feel like you have been here your life!

This hotel has a good location for the Santa Fe river. I was hesitant to booked it due to negative reviews. We had a good experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. There is a diner across the street for a bite to eat.

Our son is a student at the University of Florida so we travel to the gainesville area frequently. That said we were tired of paying $300 per night for hotels so we decided to try something outside of town and cheaper. After doing some research we decided on this location. Based on the reviews we had a pretty good idea...

We found the room clean and comfortable, except for the noisy air conditioner (which all motels of this price seem to have). It's cheap and cheerful, which is no more than we expected. The furniture and vintage tiles in the bathroom made the place like the Bates Motel in Psycho. We loved it!

Yuck. I hope I can sleep tonight in this nasty place. The blanket has holes in it, the sheet has a blood smear, the wall is filthy, the towels are rough and smell, the wi-fi is slow as molasses. BUT, I am very close to our kayaking on the Sante-Fe for tomorrow. There has got to be a better place...

This is in a good location. I felt my family was safe. However the room was dusty and the bathroom was gross. I used clorox wipes to clean bathroom and dust the room. The toilet seat was broken..like the actual seat was in 2 pieces glued together. Not that I expected the marriott for the price we paid ($62) but...

The rooms are nice, but lack attention to detail. The basics are good. The rooms are clean, safe, comfortable and priced well. Don't expect four seasons quality, at motel 6 prices. However it is very conveniently located and beautiful from the exterior. There is no pool, but rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and an ice machine nearby. Overall, we...
