Situated close to Federal Hwy 1 for ease of access to FL & Miami etc. Extremely private & quiet 5 min drive to North Hollywood beach via Sheridan Street. Cost of parking is $1.50 per hour week days. 2 cottages have undercover parking. The other 2 are not covered. $1 per load Laundry onsite or many on the Hwy. Gardens...

Ok stay. Near plenty of attractions. Management/owners are nice. Clean and comfortable bed. Kitchens are fully equipped. There are about 4 cottages on this property. Privately owned. I don't particularly like the cats roaming but there were only about 4 of them. I guess people feed them so they stick around. The cottage I stayed in was 1 bedroom. Bed...

This past November was my 2nd time staying at Island Time of Hollywood. It is 4 or 5 very relaxing cottages set back about 10 meters from the street. Very quite, very relaxing. The owners are helpful and make you feel right at home. For those going out at night, Youngs Circle (a small section of nightclubs, restaurants, taverns) is...

Owners were very friendly at Island Time. They often are on the grounds planting flowers & tomato plants. They have a bird cage with finches in them. That is a nice attraction. They also have a washer and dryer on the premises so that you can wash onsite instead of going to outside laundry facility.
