Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place due to our negative experience during our stay. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned, but the host did come to the unit and personally clean it. While we appreciated the effort, and hospitality this unfortunate start set the tone for the rest of our stay. Things took a turn when we were then abruptly awakened by individuals who appeared to be under the influence. They banged on our door repeatedly and made threatening statements, suggesting that they intended to forcibly enter our unit. Fearing for our safety, we immediately called the police, only to learn that the front desk and valet had granted these individuals access to the building. Given the alarming events that took place, we made the difficult decision to seek alternative accommodations elsewhere in the middle of the night. This experience ruined our entire vacation. We were truly disappointed with the level of concern for our safety and the quality of service demonstrated during our stay. While the host was kind enough to clean the We expected a higher level of security and customer service from the security services at the Sian Ocean Residences. We hope that the Sian management team take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests in the future.

Stayed here for a conference with some family joining later in the stay. Convenient location. Our apartment was spacious with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, large living and dining area. Was clean, and the kitchen had dishes etc.. for us to use. On the beach which was nice, and there were chairs to use in our apt. The balcony was tiny but we were happy to have it. Room mostly quiet except that the person above us sounded like they were rearranging furniture well into the night.

I and my colleague reserved SIAN 2BR Apartment PH-7 from 2 to 4 October 2021 (4001 Ocean Dr,Hollywood,FL 33019) When I checked out from apartment 10.042021 at 11-00AM I left feedback about this apartment. I informed about very big noises from air conditioner and that all apartment was not good cleaning. After than my colleague spoke me that in his room bed linen wasn’t fresh. On next day I received mail from SIAN that I damaged dining room and SIAN charged from me $250. I and my colleague from Europe were with official visit to Florida. From SIAN we went at morning and come back at evening. We are don’t sat near dining table generally I understood that it cleaning team SIAN took revenge for my feedback. I think this is outrageous and very ugly.

My family booked this condo almost 2 years ago. The original plan was to vacation here last year for Spring Break; however, COVID hit, and the world shut down just a few days before we were supposed to fly down, so everything got canceled. It was devastating. So, Spring Break 2021 was scheduled with a few minor adjustments. After a year in lockdown in Minnesota, we were ready for some warm weather and to be outside! However, nothing is easy in COVID, and our flight was canceled, and not able to book another until the next day. So, our first night, we didn't even get to use it even though we paid for it. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by very welcoming staff. I have to give a shout-out to Bruce in the valet! He was a great resource and really looked out for my family. The room was lovely, and the pictures online are very accurate, including the beautiful view! One downside, the condo is located at a bustling intersection. It was hard to enjoy the ocean's sounds as there was constant horn hocking, revving engines/speeders, and partiers/crowds in general. With that said, we know it was Spring Break/Holiday/Passover, so anticipated crowds. It was also much louder Thursday-Saturday, but quiet at night the other days. When you arrive, you get a small fab required on the property to access the gym, rec. room, pool, etc. It is a mandatory and additional charge of $20 per adult for a stay. In our condo (16J-rented on VRBO) The beds were very comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great for our party of 5. We were very pleased to see all the beach/pool item options in the room. There were chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, balls, snorkels, etc. One of the chairs was a bit rusty, and one of the poles on the umbrella didn't work, but we only used one. We chose to cook/eat in most of our meals. The skillets could use updating, but overall, the kitchen was well stocked. Viktor was very responsive to my email during the trip as I also had a question regarding the laundry card. Luckily, the room is right by the elevator and laundry/garbage shoot, so very convenient. Each load to wash/dry is $1.75. We could not get a later checkout, so we took advantage of the Valet (Thanks Bruce!) bag hold, walked across the street to DoubleTree, had lunch at their outdoor restaurant, and enjoyed pool/intercoastal views there. Once you check out of the condo, you have to turn in a fab, so we didn't have access to our pool/beach.

Condo owner is nice enough. Condo itself could use a little updating, but fine, whatever. But for what we paid for 5 days I expected more. Front desk staff (both the man and the women) were just plain rude (unless you spoke Spanish then they seemed nicer) no sun at the pool after 12:30pm. No designated spot on the beach for Sian guests, like the condos have on both sides of the property. The beach was full of seaweed and some trash. Just came up from the pool and the hallway reeks of marijuana. Not much to do within walking distance, had to rent a car. Wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend to anyone.

Rented the apartment on Vrbo. No issues whatsoever with the process. The apartments are about 20+ years old and look tired. If you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment for 4/6 people on the beach then I'd book this place, especially if you have small kids. There was a Walmart within 5 minutes walk from the apartment for your supplies. It was only myself and my wife so we'd have like maybe 4 stars instead of 3. The pool was cold but the proximity to the beach made up for that. The beach is amazing. The only criticism I've have is that there is nothing within walking distance to do at night. We took Ubers up to the Hollywood boardwalk a few times but we mainly drove to places like Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach at night to get some atmosphere. The hotel next to us seemed nice but it was pricey for a drink. Anyway we had a great time

We stayed in apartment 15N. The online pictures have been enhanced greatly so that you think you are getting a highly updated place to stay but you're not. Two of the outlets in both bathrooms were plugged and couldn't be used at all. It appears that someone had broken off the child-proof plastic plugs. One of the outlets in the master bedroom didn't work at all. There was no electricity going to it. The air vents all have so much dust in them it's ridiculous. It looks to be a health hazard. The supposedly shiny wood floor (per the online pics) are just the cheapest, thinnest laminate flooring you could get at a surplus/salvage place. It makes cracking sounds when you walk on it and it is very uneven. Now.... the manager of the rental mirana called me on a wednesday to see how our stay was going but when i started to point out the issues with the outlets, she told me they had plastic covers over them that needed to be removed. I then text her pics of the outlets with the covers broken off in them and she never responded back. The place is dingy and they have everything painted white (doors, door frames, baseboards, dressers, closets, etc...) so that their pictures make it appear to be oh so great. Now...the parking rate is $10 each day which I think is ridiculous because it's the same if you use the valet services or park it yourself but I found out that the owner of the rental has one parking space for free per each rental owned. From what I can tell, 90% of these apartments are owned for the sole purpose of making an income off of unsuspecting tourist. I don't think any of the owners ever stay in these apartments and it shows in how unkept most of them are. I would recommend you stay at Margaritaville resort or some of the other much nicer condos that are close to the broadwalk.

We have been here at the Sian ocean residence 5 weeks, long enough to get an idea of this rental. There's a new rental residence building next door that blocks the Sians pool area sun by 12:30 In The afternoon. The sun is gone, There is a walkway to the beach from the pool but next door owns it and you cannot sit in those chairs just outside Sians Pool's walk way you have to walk way past these chairs to the other end of the area that the other rental building owns. Also because there are 2 new buildings that are tall as skyscrapers there's no sun on the Beach either it's gone by 2:30 maybe!!! Even 2:00 it's all shade and gets quite cool once that happens even on an 80 degree day. To date we have had many false fire alarms which included exiting the building. The 2 lobby elevators one is always broken. The pool room has 1 pool stick that you can chalk the others are broke. The washer and dryer on the floors are broken and you have to lug your laundry basket to other levels (quite an annoyance) the shower water is more lukewarm. Stay Away

Due to low memory I cannot post photos now. I will add them later. The filth is a MUST see. I don't want anyone to judge from my words alone. Asthma sufferer? Forget it. Don't like getting cancer? Forget it. We were in 2H because it was advertised as "newly renovated" but it was such a slop job that towel holders fall out of the wall onto your feet, the air conditioning vents are so clogged with dust and filth we can pull out globs the size of tennis balls. The pesticides they drowned this place in the day we arrived reeked so much we had to hold our breath when coming and going from the building. Though the elderly half broken sliding glass door in our unit doesn't open and close at all easily, we had to leave it wide open while in the unit just so we could breathe. Even on the 90 degree day. But the filthy, ancient bedroom windows no longer can open, we really suffered at night with all the pesticide odors. But having read other reviews about the roaches, I don't know which is worse. There is a very, very poor quality TV in the living room and we are not TV people, but I can hardly see the weatherman with all the blur and glitches. The sofa is horribly uncomfortable and the kitchen supplies are few to be had and very old, cracked and junky. Like the stuff you take camping. Stingy with supplies. We ran out of toilet paper after 36 hours (and we are only 2 people.) Only 3 sheets left on the paper towels and no garbage bag aside from the one here when we arrived. The bed is not comfortable and if you have a sports lover with you.. ..there is no TV in the bedroom... Just the terrible one in the living room with the bad vinyl sofa. The minute you walk into this place you realize how deceiving photos can be. This is the place where the worst of IKEA's cheapest clearance items come to die. The balcony is a concrete slab badly stained by cigarette ash with a dirty glass partition, but since it is only a few feet above a driveway onto the extremely loud 4 lane roadway, there is no way anyone would ever want to sit out there. There is nothing to see but racing cars and a doggy poop area. And the noise! The owners have clearly never lived here. There is nothing comfortable, inviting, or pleasant inside. There are only 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, no washcloths, NOTHING decorative or pleasant to look at. Honestly, I was depressed every time we had to come inside this unit. Go to The Hyde right next door. For only $25 more per night you will get a new, clean, much healthier place to stay. I wont even talknabout the difference in amenities!! The pool in Sian is surrounded by utilities and vending machines. We found The Hyde resort and residences to only be crowded on the weekends. Weekdays and evenings were fantastic. I have never left a place already paid for and moved to another place, but my son and I got so sick at Sian unit 2H that we had no choice. Literally. The overuse of pesticides combined with the extreme filth flying out of this condo unit's vents when we tried to use the air conditioning, left me no choice but to pay double for this vacation. And the note from the owners telling guests to pretend to be their "friends" because the building frowns on temporary rentals (we booked 4 nights through AirBnb) made us feel really uncomfortable around the other owners here. Bad form.
