Stayed here a couple of nights. Room 20 is nice and big - away from the worst street noise. As many hotels in tropical areas they are struggling with mouldish smell from the wooden furnitures in the room. As frequent travelers we experience that high maintenance can avoid the bad odeur. But even though room was clean it's clear that...

We stayed in the queen room which was really small with a small bathroom, however we weren't really there much so it wasn't a big deal and the room was neat and clean. Location is the best thing about this hotel - just one street over from Duval, but nice and quiet. I'd book here again solely based on that....

We're so glad you liked our awesome location and also our awesome cat! Instead of reserving an economy queen room on your next visit, I'd suggest you consider reserving one of our Deluxe King Rooms which offer substantially more space. The queens offer some of the lowest rates in the historic district, so it depends on whether the lower price...

We had a wonderful time here. Great location and our cottage was really sweet. The staff, Kenneth in particular was very accommodating! The continental breakfast was unbelieveable..We've never had such a nice setting in the past visits. We rented bikes for 2 days and that was the best. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was great with it being so close to Duval Street, Mallory Square, Hemingway House, the Lighthouse and the big bouy designating the Southern Most point in USA. We checked in late on Friday night, parked the car and spent the remainder of our stay on foot walking everywhere we could! The room was small, very clean, window unit,...

My wife and I stayed here for our daughter's wedding. The place was very quaint. It is located extremely well in the Key West area. Almost all the activities including night life are within 1- 1 1/2 miles. Walking is safe anytime of the day. The facilities at Merlin House are nice. There is a heated whirl pool. A continental...

Room was clean and flat screen tv was great! The patio by the pool was a great place to have breakfast or just relax afternoons and evenings. The pool has jets which was a nice feature. The Merlin House is a great spot in Key West. It's a block off of Duval Street and very peaceful and also located at...

We spent three nights at the Merlin Guest House recently. Our room was so spacious and clean -- no complaints there! Breakfast is served and consists of pastries, fruit, yogurt and cereals. It is only a short walk to Duval Street and all the other attractions in Key West. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're considering a trip...
