My husband found this lovely place online and we could not have been happier. We traveled with our friends from from Central Florida, taking the Key West express ferry from Fort Myers. That booze cruise made me wonder what we were getting into but once we arrived at The Grand we could see we made the right choice. The manager...

As owners of a small property in Cape Cod, we can appreciate what these folks have done with their property. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms and would probably opt for a larger if available. The room was clean (top priority), airy and comfortable. Everything we wanted to go to and see were within easy walking or riding...

We were staying in Pelican Bay, Naples, SW Florida when we decided to fly down to Key West for an overnight trip. It was a great experience and made all the more so by our stay at the Grand Guesthouse. The Guesthouse and gardens are very pretty. Derek and Bailey greeted us and could not have been more welcoming. Although...

When we arrived and checked in, Derek asked us questions about what we like and was able to give us recemmendations for restaurants and places to see. They have bicycles on the premises for rental, which is probably the best way to get around Key West. We needed 2 rooms because there are 5 of us. We were given a...

This place was so GREAT! My husband and I traveled here from Orlando on vacation for the weekend and the staff (Derek) was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The hospitality was beyond measure!!! The free parking was such a perk for us (considering that some places charge $20 a day) and we even had room to park our scooters in...

Our room was very clean. Grounds are beautiful. Derek is very nice. One recommendation would be to provide at least one parking space in front of the guesthouse for each room. When we checked in, there were no spaces in front of the guesthouse and both overflow parking areas were full. We had to park several streets away. Other than...

We stayed for 3 nights in room #3. The room was basic but very nice & clean. Yes it opens on to the porch with chairs for sitting, but if you open the door to find other guests camped right outside the door it is a little awkward. The premises are well kept and nice to just hang & relax....

Although a bit of a trek to the water and main attractions, this B&B is a good find. The manager is very personable and knowledgeable of the area and had advice in all $ ranges of dining and recreation in Key West. We rented bicycles from them for an easy and fun way around Key West. Room #2 was small...

On arrival we discussed our plans for the week with our host who gave us very useful advice on the best restaurants and tips for navigating around Key West with the holiday crowds on New Years weekend. For example he immediately booked our seats on the catamaran to the Dry Tortugas as he predicted that it would sell out for...
