We stayed here one night while waiting the arrival of our friends. We booked the night before and it was all it said it was. Quaint, clean bed and breakfast. Loved it and staff was amazing.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We were just there for Meeting of the Minds and stayed in room 5. (not sure what 5A is) Definitely going to request this room again. It is a large room with large closet and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is a nice size. You pretty much have the top front of the hotel yourself. The private balcony overlooking Duval Street is a nice touch. Great place for a glass of wine at night and coffee in the am. I have stayed there before and have never had a problem with hot water.
