Stayed five nights over Christmas 2015. Booked a basic city view room. During on-line check-in I selected room 307 which appeared to have a partial ocean view and actually had a nice balcony with a fairly nice ocean view and we were quite close so...More

We stayed at the Reach for 4 nights including new year's eve. The place is ideally located and has a boutique hotel feel with the comforts of a resort. I mention this because we had wanted to stay at the Casa Marina, but it was...More
A lot of people are complaining about how expensive this place is and how it's not as pristinely maintained as they would expect for a Waldorf-Astoria. But it's really not overpriced when you compare the rates to other similar properties in Key West which is...More
We've stayed here a few times, and generally the service has been great or at least nothing to complain about. The location is fantastic. Our last stay (and it almost certainly will be our last) was marred by poor service and unavailable / unknowledgeable staff...More

I used my Hilton points and did not expect this level of service. A very gracious staff upon arrival. I will definitely return again. Thinking this would be a great location for a girls getaway. It is within walking distance of the high pointed sites

If I were you, I’d change to another hotel. While I know hotels & resorts usually don’t offer beach access in Key West, it’s not worth the stay here. The resort set up is such that none of the views are great (even the Oceanview Suites) and the ventilation system is soooo loud that you can’t even enjoy the noise is the ocean waves when on your balcony. That, and the fact the water is still rocky and cold (really unswimmable), I’d suggest you stay elsewhere. I wish I would have asked others prior to booking my recent stay, but there were a lot of great looking hotels and resorts on the island that were loads less-expensive. Just my 2 cents
