We spent 4 nights in the Duval House and were delighted with our room, the service and the ability to relax on our balcony. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was more than satisfactory and enjoyed eating on the terrace every morning. We were within walking distance of restaurants, stores and attractions. The staff made reservations for us...

This place is right in the middle of things. Seems to be priced OK but remember a few things. It's a tired older place (like most other inns and B&B's) so if you're picky about quality you'll be disappointed. Parking is very limited and once they fill their 12 spots (at $12 night - which seems ridiculous) you're on your...

On Duval St, just outside of the action. This is an awesome place. They don't allow cell phones in the common areas which makes for a very relaxing vacation. You are steps away from restraunts and bars. You will not need a car while staying here.

The Duval House is in a great location - close to everything but not on the "spring break" end of Duval. There are still plenty of bars and restaurants around, but not all the really wild bars. If you get a balcony on Duval, you might hear music at night. We had a balcony off the courtyard and it was...

We had a great stay, location is perfect and even though it is close to everything the rooms and gardens were quiet. Continental breakfast was good. The managers were lovely and very accommodating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wife and I drove from Ft Lauderdale to Key West 12/27 - 1/1/2017. By the way, Google says it's a 3 hour drive. Ha... took almost 5 hours with light traffic. But the bridges were fun. So the main question - would we go back to Duval House? Yep. PROS: Upon arrival, nice staff with good instructions about where to...

There many other options that are better for the $. It's a clean average bed and breakfast with ok amenities. The pool area is always shaded and the grounds are kept up ok. I would only stay here again if the other properties I enjoy were booked.

We stayed at Duval House for our Christmas/New Years vacation. We enjoyed everything in this bed and breakfast. The staff was worm and very nice. Always very friendly and willing to help. The room was small but very clean and charming. The garden in the hotel is very nice. We would definitely come here again.

Stayed here two nights in October, stayed in room behind breakfast area. Very tiny room and the air conditioner blew right over the bed and on our faces with no way to turn the vents. The bathroom was just as tiny, basically step out of the shower into the toilet. Shower barely big enough to turn around in and the...
