A frequent traveler to Key West, I had often stayed at a small cottage in the heart of the Bahamian Village. When the cottage was sold off by its owners as a time-share I was forced to seek out new lodging. I tried several guesthouses...More

One of my favorites - we go every year! Go to Mallory at night time to see some cool street performers. We love just about every place to eat down there. A bike is a great mode of transportation as parking is at a premium there. You can rent bikes all over relatively cheaply and many times right at your hotel. We actually just have a great time walking down Duval and people watching. The people are all great and friendly and it's just a really good time. I hope you and your husband enjoy it! I'll be there in November so we are hoping Hurricane Irma doesn't destroy it!
