We went during November. We stayed for 2 nights in cottages.. Could not be any cuter.. Nice property. Loved that we could all go swimming anytime of night..Easy walk to Duval and night life. We would recommend..

Couldn't ask for better location, great staff, very clean, beautiful plantings, orchids everywhere and cats. We stayed in the base of a townhouse, with private courtyard, two baths! And small kitchenette. Good value for prime time. Would return in a heartbeat.

£350 per night room only King with Terrace. Stayed 3 nights. Had to pay in full with booking 1 year in advance. Everything needed maintenance and a coat of paint. Shutters on Windows falling apart and need painting Terrace and furniture filthy, stained and covered with leaves. Never swept. Walkways and gardens could do with maintenance and a sweep Poor...

Excellent location. Great breakfast. Prompt room make-up. 4 pools, all clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that they only sweep the floors and do not mop them very often (not at all during the four nights we stayed there). Your feet will be black if you walk around without socks or slippers. Also, the thermostat arrangement was very...

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my brother 50th birthday. It was a perfect spot to be close to everything in key west, but relaxing, beautiful spot. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Room: we stayed in cottage 2. This is an expensive place to stay but nice if you don't mind spending the money. It...

My wife and I spent three nights at Simonton Court, which is in a great location in Old Town. On the positive side, there are four heated pools, though poorly maintained, a good breakfast in a pleasant setting, and a helpful staff. The room was clean and neat. Unfortunately our room was in need of maintenance. We were in the...

I stayed 1 overnight. It's an old hotel. Room was on the smaller side with bath, it was clean. Staff was nice, breakfast consist of bagels, fresh fruits, instant oatmeal with a nice outdoor setting. I found it a little pricey. I was staying in Naples Florida and decided to take a day to go explore Key West There is...

I just love everything about Simonton Court--the quaint cottages, private pools, and friendly helpful staff. Turning a former cigar factory and bungalows for workers into a most unusual resort makes this a very different and special place. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and this landscaping helps to block any noise from nearby, and so convenient, Duval Street. You have the...

I stayed at Simonton Court for four nights recently; it was my second stay at the inn. I love Key West and doubt that I would consider staying anywhere else. Its proximity to Duval Street, and to virtually every museum is terrific; it's so nice to be able to walk virtually anywhere. The staff is exceptionally helpful, from restaurant and...

Our second stay in Cottage 2 - could not be more delightful! Great location, friendly staff and while breakfast could be a bit improved - overall a wonderful little home. Extremely quite. Several secluded pools allow privacy and pretty environments. Highly recommended!
