Stayed here over the summer. Booked a King Room through TravelZoo and was told that they wouldn't give us a King Room when we checked in. After much back and forth the front desk agent "checked with his manager" and said he could do it, not off to a great start. The rooms are nicely decorated, but it feels like...

We stayed here for the first time this week after staying at Cheeca Lodge for years. Staff was amazing especially Alexeen!! She goes above and beyond, even remembering what my kids ordered every day. This hotel is a wonderful addition to the community. The rooms are redone very nicely and super clean. Pool is great and the sales woman in...

Heading N from KW, back to Coral Gables, family stopped in for breakfast. The server, a young lad, was horrible — not even possible to get more than a half-full cup of coffee in sync with the other 3 at our table, not the least bit of courtesy, no food within a reasonable time frame, all menus with pricing differences,...

Everything about this hotel was great. Had a little bump in the road at check in but the front desk and the general manager cleared it right up. Very friendly greeting by them. Went right to the pool and had a blast. The bartenders were very friendly and Steve at the pool was amazing. He made us feel right at...

We only stayed at the resort for one night on our way down to Key West, but we were very impressed with everything! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, the pool was beautiful, and the beach area was everything you would want for relaxation. It was also very nice that they offered a free shuttle...

This place is an excellent small and intimate option in Islamorada. There are only about 100 rooms, but the resort is meticulously maintained. From first greeting at our arrival, to checkout, the staff impressed us with their hospitality and jovial attitude. The rooms were very clean with standard amenities of a mid-range hotel. The beds were plush and almost every...

The Amara Cay property is an excellent representation of "breathing new life into an old property." The property used to be a Hampton Inn, but that is long gone as the Amara Cay has done an exceptional job at creating a beautiful, relaxing environment with a unique, clean, and welcoming atmosphere (so very far from the cookie cutter style hotel)....

Can't go wrong here. Rooms are super nice and clean, lobby has a very cool vibe, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the pool and deck are very nice too. Went fishing really early and the staff arranged for take-out breakfast at 6:15 am. Really good food and very easy to arrange. Awesome place overall!
