    Choice to stay here once during mini lobster season due to the last minute limited places available. Not a very convenient place to stay with your own boat. No boat ramps, marina, or bay. Mooring is your only option.

    yes and you do not need to purchase a fishing license if fishing off of the pier. We saw a few people catching some yellow tail while we were there

    Sorry my first response was cut short. There is a boat ramp near by and parking a boat in the parking lot should not be a problem. Have fun!

    pretty sure every room had its own screened in porch and then a little area, once you open the door, where its paved and you have two lounge chairs. There is also charcoal grills every 3 or so rooms... every unit backs onto... More
