We were here for spring break. Resort is beautiful-we stayed in the main lodge/suite rooms. Pool, grounds, amenities all great. Excellent service -from all staff. Our only critiques - Bathrooms were spacious but a little hard for families (no privacy between shower and rest). Would have loved another casual/takeaway restaurant for quick breakfast/snacks day we were there had high winds...

We are returning guests to Cheeca Lodge. We went on Family Vacation to the Keys years ago and had great time at the resort. The Keys are a tropical paradise but just about all the hotels and restaurants are trashy, Cheeca Lodge is a stellar exception. It offers nice accommodation and multiple sport activities, separate pools for families and adults,...

We have stayed at the Cheeca on multiple visits to Islamorada. We are always pleased with the service, and the grounds are truly lovely and well kept. This time we stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the golf course, and we really enjoyed it. We had a screened in balcony, and parking was available right under our room (plus...

This is a beautiful property in a premier location with a wide range of room type choices, activities and dining options. The problem is the staff who are disengaged at best. Starting with check in, it was a bad experience. We were ignored for a few minutes and then checked in by the most disinterested individual we have ever encountered...

Really outdated, we stayed in one of the most expensive rooms booked through Expedia. Our room wasn't ready upon check-in time, we had to hang out in the lobby for about an hour as they were cleaning it. We had a Bungalo which we thought would be amazing but it was not. The walk to the Bungalo was quite weird...

Overall our stay was very pleasant, but when I checked out I accidentally left my Bose headphones in the room. My own fault for being careless during the early morning check out. When I returned 2 days later to pick them up a woman at reception told me "housekeeping did not find them" and there was nothing they could do....

Have driven by Cheeca Lodge for 5 years and finally decided to go for it. We stayed at a golf course view which was less than 50 yards from their beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well kept up. We had a king size bed and very large bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower and screened in...

Once you renter the property you feel like you're in Hawaii. It is gorgeous! Stayed in a gold course 1 bedroom suite which was beautiful- no rooms were ground floor which was nice all were elevated. Next time I would splurge and stay in one of the rooms closer to the beach, however it was really nice having a screened...

I just visited Cheeca Lodge with my teenage daughter for a four night mother-daugther get away. we visited in late february and the weather was perfect. Good points: The grounds are lovely. The room with lagoon view was very nice. The hotel is well located. It is located in Islamorada, with a small grocery store across the street and a...
