The resort itself is very nice. Rooms: we stayed in the lagoon suites and the rooms we nice; however, they need updating. Our ceiling fan would turn off on its own in the middle of the night and the lights would turn on in the middle of the night. There are tears in the curtains and visible mold/mildew/moisture in the...

We are from key west and needed a mommy break for a couple days so we decided to come up the road for a couple days and relax So far it's great, coffee machine in the room serves dreamy expresso, bathroom is gorgeous, bed is comfortable and the grounds are well kept. At night they light on torches all around...

Everyone who worked here was extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome glass of champagne at check-in was a nice touch. We arrived around 1:00 and waited with our champagne on the beach until our room was ready by 2 (check in is at 4)--our bags were taken care of, and also valet parking is included (though self parking is easy...

As always the Cheeca Lodge & Spa was wonderful! The most relaxing place to stay, dine, swim and enjoy the Spa and water. The most memorable part of this particular stay was Olisa at the Welcome Gate singing Happy Birthday to me (in style!) when we arrived and the birthday gift she gave me before we left. Olisa truly added...

The resort is very nice for couples or young families. It was very peaceful. We stayed at the beach bungalow with ocean view. It had a private screened patio and your own semi-private beach area. We didn't take part in the activities but the resort had a number of things to keep you entertained. The resort fee covered parking (self...

Last weekend we stayed at the Cheeca Lodge, and were somewhat disappointed. The property has been on our radar for several years, and recently we had an opportunity to see what it was all about. As you enter the property, you are greeted at the guard shack from a very friendly Lodge associate. We than went to the lobby to...

We appreciate your thoughtful and thorough review of our property. We are glad you had a nice experience at check-in, and that you enjoyed some relaxing time kayaking the quiet waters off our shores as well as some tranquil time soaking in the hidden Jacuzzi. It was also nice to read that you enjoyed our 1,100-foot palm-lined beach and that...

Booked a one night total bargain through Priceline. Although the room was smaller it was still a great and very comfortable experience. Unfortunately we had some very rainy weather (again) but there is so much to do we had a blast in a short period of time. The adult pool is excellent, golf is so fun, you can even fish...
