Another wonderful time in paradise at Cheeca! The hotel staff is excellent - great customer service, love that its not over crowded, beautiful landscape, views and oceanfront rooms, great service from all the Valet guys were awesome, they went above and beyond to make our vacation great. The Bartender Schneider at the private pool was terrific, the spa was great...

Excellent concierge Melissa from beginning to end was super helpful. Restaurant service was slow, but they have delicious free coffee. Rooms were clean and the early 500 rooms were centrally located and loved them. Don't expect to visit the Keys for their beaches and sand (that's what the rest of FL is for), but the water sports are awesome because...

Thank you for your wonderful review of our resort, and we are glad you found Melissa to be very helpful. It is also great to hear you enjoyed your bungalow. The adventures in the calm shallow waters off our shores are never-ending, from snorkeling and parasailing to kayaking and sailing. We are glad you had a great time on the...

My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary at CHEECA, from the moment we meant the Valet, then offered champagne while we sat at the desk to be checked-in was very impressive. Once entering our over 900sq ft suit we were blown away by the stunning room and decor. We chose to dine our last night at Limoncello. The menu was...

The entrance to the Lodge & Spa was intriguing, very jungle like a and mysterious until you arrive at the main lodge valet area. We were greeted immediately by the friendly valet that told us where to check-in. Check-in was quick, relaxing and very personable since you sit down at a desk with the agent checking you in. When we...

My sister has always raved about this place, and I take her reviews seriously as she is a very traveled person. So when the opportunity came to visit the resort, I was excited to see what all the fuss was about. The location, the grounds, the rooms... all exquisitely appointed and meticulously manicured. But the staff and service left a...

We just stayed here for 4 nights in mid August. We had booked a rate of 40% off that was available for booking in April- that made the stay economically worthwhile. The rooms are clean with good modern amenities. The sushi restaurant is quite good. The Tiki bar is nice. We went snorkeling from a boat that left from the...

We stayed for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cheeca! We were able to score a great deal on this hotel, which made it work with our budget. I have stayed at other 4 Diamond resorts and this is certainly NOT a 4 diamond resort. We stayed August 16-19, 2015. I found that there was trash and garbage all over the place (i.e. plastic cups, fruit pieces, napkins, etc.). I don't expect immediate cleaning, but I saw the same cups, food remnants, etc. laying around the pool and...
