Went with 12 guys on a golf trip. Rented two 5 br/ 5 bath houses with swimming pools. Houses were great. Nice small pools, screened in, large patio area. Inside- 8 seat dining area. Large living room with Large TV and alot of seating. Complaint….they hit us for $375 to heat the pools. Since the houses were next to each other, we heated one. Other complaint..,no hot tub. Golf courses were good but difficult. Don’t trust golf cart GPS. Use your lasers. All the golf personnel were great. Since there are 3 courses, they handle all the clubs daily and have them loaded on carts at the correct course each day. You just leave them at the course. Our houses were a 4 minute drive to the courses. But you can call for shuttle bus that gets to your house very quickly. We have been doing this “guys trip” for many years and many locations. Reunion is by far the best service of all.

We stayed in a unit in the Villas South that was operated by Reunion Resort themselves (rather than a third party management company). Our unit was clean, modern, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony that looked out over the nature preserve area, so much so that we ate most meals there. We heard occasional noise from other units above or to the side of us but nothing that was significantly disruptive. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained.
We received wonderful service pretty much everywhere on the resort. We rented a golf cart our first day and then figured out that the shuttle was so quick and reliable that we didnt really need the cart. The shuttle drivers were always prompt and friendly. We celebrated a birthday dinner one night at Eleven (the rooftop restaurant) and Fernando took fantastic care of us. George at the Guest Services desk was so helpful when we needed to figure out how to return our golf cart outside of Pro Shop hours. Speaking of the golf cart, this was one of the situations in which we did not get great customer service at first. The Pro Shop charged us nearly double the rental rate that was advertised in the official Reunion app, despite showing them the price listing in the app. However, Katie in Guest Services did help correct this at a later time. Bartenders at the water park and Nicklaus bar were also great.
Our biggest disappointment during our stay was the lack of a working public hot tub anywhere on the property. We called Guest Services several times to see which pool had a working hot tub and were sent to a different pool each time, only to discover that there was either not a hot tub at that location or that it was not working (cold water and/or jets not working). One member of our traveling party was dealing with a sore back and was really hoping for a nice hot soak only to be disappointed over and over again.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would return.

Great time at the resort. Highlights-Fun pools, lazy river and slide. Great meal at Cafe next to registration bldg. 3 bedroom condo very roomy, nicely decorated. Needed dusting in bedrooms and entry to unit needed to be washed down. Otherwise the unit was clean. Nice to have washer/dryer, blender and large patio. Patio furniture needs cushions. Fees charged for playing tennis, mini golf, and pickle ball. With my RCI reservation, we received 30 mins free play for tennis and pickle ball, but must pay for equipment rental. We also received 8 free passes to the waterpark for unlimited accessfor a week. I've stayed at Reunion several times and definitely return again. It may seem far from Disney, but it doesn't take long to drive there.

This townhouse is located in the desirable Reunion area (gated community), a location we love for Walt Disney World trips. We've stayed in this complex before, and while the location remains excellent, this particular property unfortunately fell short of our expectations. While the listing photos were accurate in terms of layout, they were significantly outdated. The carpets were heavily stained, which was a major disappointment and made us uncomfortable walking barefoot. The furniture, particularly the couch, showed considerable wear and tear, with minimal stuffing. However, the beds were very comfortable, and the property was clean as described. The provided amenities were basic as described in the listing. Be prepared to bring or purchase all additional supplies, including salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The provided pots and pans were very old and worn, making cooking difficult. We suspect this property is managed by an investment company, as the decor and furnishings appeared original from the late 90s or early 2000s, including the obviously original and heavily worn carpeting. While the price seemed reasonable initially, the condition of the carpets and furniture significantly impacted our experience. We were nearly ready to seek alternative accommodations but were constrained by the cancellation policy. If you are primarily concerned with location and comfortable beds, this property might suffice. However, be aware that the furnishings and carpeting are significantly worn and outdated. We would not stay here again unless significant updates are made.

Rental sparsely equipped. 1/2 rolls of toilet tissue in bathrooms, very little cooking equipment (although they had 3 drawers of grill utensils but no grill) 2 trash bags for group of 9. All 3 corses $215 each but really should be $90 due to ground under repair, poor fairways and fringe, many bunkers had so little sand the liner was showing. Watson course starter sent us out 20 minutes early with no warning. Added a 4th to our 3-3-3 groups. Then sent out a single and 3 twosomes behind us.WTH?!?First group of 3 finished 2 hours ahead of the group with 4. Ranger asked us to speed up and catch our second group of 3. How? When we just let 3 groups play thru and they're a 3 and we're a 4. Staff at Nicklaus course and grill excellent. Staff at Palmer/Watson 1 star. By the way we paid $105 to play Disney Lake Buena Vista and it was 4 stars in all areas.

Unfortunately- a very POOR managed hotel; service is definitely not reflective of a 4+ star rated hotel. I just came back from a weekend at this resort; we are 1st time visitors. and likely... last. While the resort itself is quite nice and well kept, the staff and service at the hotel are below standard: we didn't have our room cleaned for the 2 nights we were there; I requested towels, which didn't arrive at my door until 11:50PM (waited for an hour). We were offered a bottle of wine, which delivered 24hrs after we had checked in. The staff is not very knowledgeable. We asked to speak to a manager and they have yet to return our message: I was told her name is "TOOCHE"? I'm definitely not spelling this right and do apologize, but nevertheless, we have yet to hear from back from her since Saturday Mar 1st. Dinner at Eleven was great, but breakfast at the clubhouse was fine: they had a buffet with minimal food or a la carte option: for the price we paid, we certainly could've eaten much more and with better quality and service. Overall, quite disappointing stay at this resort. Likely NOT to visit again- mainly due to the poor customer service experience. The friends we stayed with also tried 4 times to reach management to inquire rental of homes on the property for future vacations, but no one responded to any of the 4 email requests they sent out. Needless to say, they too will be vacationing elsewhere.

Overall, we enjoyed the resort. There is a heat advisory where they shut the waterpark down at the point the weather is cooling down (but also almost consistent thunderstorms)- 5pm. We were out of Direct TV cable access 6 out of the 7 nights. Kept getting the run around and even the ticket closed and said it was fixed and it was not. No updates from the front desk. Toilet wouldn't fill the tank and a light outside our unit was strobing but they addressed it. Calling the front desk didn't get an answer more time than not. I would have liked more resort activities like crafts, tastings, pool parties, live music, smores, movie night- etc. I didn't find any activities like that. The room was basically like an apartment. It was nicely kept and clean. We felt comfortable there. The walk way out front of the two rooms was EXTREMLY loud. Everyone going down the stairs, talking, shutting doors- kept us up. It would have probably not have been as bad if we had a tv background noise to drown it out. We paid for this upgrade from a timeshare presentation we "won". Upon searching, it only saved us a couple hundred- was not worth the presentation with the subsequent upcharge fee for a larger room that we could have booked on our own without the 3hour of wasted time. The location is good if you want to enter I4 for everything. Which is located right where accidents and slow downs are constantly for Disney property. Its very close to Disney which is nice. But anything else if your taking I4 will be a 17-30 min delay on-top of your projected time

This place was more than what I expected. As a traveler, I visit a lot of resorts, but this place has a great deal to offer. To begin' it is located within an upscale residential gated community. Club Wyndham Reunion guests have access to amenities at various places within that community. I did not visit any restaurants yet, but I am told the food is good. The fitness rooms and the pool area at Seven Gates is wonderful. We were entertained by live music while we were there. That quickly got us in the vacay mood. As mentioned in most reviews, the villas are very spacious. It was cleaned to my standard (which is not easy to accomplish). Any minor issues we encountered that required maintenance, or just desiring an extra blanket was resolved quickly and easily. This is certainly a full service resort!
The balcony view is superb. Most importantly, it is arranged in a way that makes you want to spend time on it. There are two very well made lounge chairs and a nice set of table & chairs that are comfortable as well as beautiful. In general, you don't hear any noise from other guests. However, there was a night that their voices were elevated and came through the vents above me. My rest was disturbed until the conversation came to an end.
The floor plan allows everyone a sense of privacy in their rooms; particularly, if you get a 3/bdrm, 3/bath.
We came here to celebrate a milestone in my life-- and Club Wyndham Reunion staff, you help me do that in style!!!

Very pretty to the eye. Was sold on 3 premier golf courses, yet after booking was emailed Palmer Course would be closed. Then a second email stating they had booked a corporate outing so Watson was closed. Down to one over stuffed course with a very rude starter. Was offered buy 3 nights get 4th night free. Upon checkout was invoiced for all 4 nights. When I questioned the staff, I was told they could not handle the problem (Saturday AM), that it could be taken care of on Monday. Monday I received a call and was told a manager would have to call me. Waited until Tuesday and still no call. I had to call and a terse conversation ensued. Finally a fair resolution was made. Beware if dining around the resort as prices for the same item will be charged differently. Even at the same location, you will be billed different rates. I showed my server receipts that I had for the same item and was told it was billed correctly even though it had been priced differently twice prior. Room was spacious, clean and had many items to make for a comfortable stay. Numerous add on items not disclosed prior to booking, so make sure to get it all up front to avoid sticker shock upon checkout. I never received a confirmation email with all rates detailed prior to stay. Lazy River very relaxing, but in need of repair. Showing signs of age, but did not deter that experience. Bring a small lock so you can secure items while in the water. Parking for the Water Park is down the street.

I stayed here for a week with the family in July. We had a three bedroom unit so there was a lot of space. It was averagely clean with only finding some minor issues (dirty dishes in cabinets, left behind trash, bugs in room etc.) Couches could have used a good clean too so I put an extra sheet on them. There was piles of trash left outside the unit next to us for the first three days.
The property was huge making it not possible to walk to any of the pools. We were excited for the water park but found it to be a bit disappointing as it was very packed with a roudy croud all wearing plastic wrist bands instead of the fabric material ones we were given. There was a lot of trash everywere, they were always out of towels, and worst closed at 4:45 every day. The location was just under 10 miles drive to Disney parks but found that sometimes with the traffic could end up taking us over an hour. Overall I would not stay here again especially for a Disney vacation.

Did not stay in that unit. That being said, we had a great time at the resort. The fitness center was very good, restaurant was pricey, but food and drinks were excellent, pool & hot tubs were good, lazy river was good, nice time at the mini golf course, and the shuttle divers were great. I was so comfortable at the resort, that I never left the grounds the entire week.
There are more places to choose from in the Kissimmee area.
