Newly renovated hotel is a no brainer to be close to Disney parks and have a repairing night rest without breaking the bank. With the Sonder app you don't even have to stop at the lobby when you arrive. Arrive and go right to your room. Clean room, clean bathroom and amazing staff. The only con is that room cleanning service has an extra charge. But they will take away trash, replace towels and toiletries every day if you want at no extra charge.

Very nice modern hotel in a very good location. Everything is done via the app and this is quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and clean and modern. This was my second stay and loved it again. Big room, clean, and has everything you need. Stayed here for 12 days, i'm very active, and cook never on holiday so i didn't miss a kitchenette or something similar. It has a nice refrigerator, big enough is you are by yourself. I you want to use it, also a microwave. A lot of towels, and when you are out of towels you can get clean towels in the reception. Special thanks to Ralph, he helped me with my heavy suitcase when the elevator was not working. Great, thanks a lot! You wil defenitely see me again next time.

Hotel was decent for the price. Arrived 10pm, went to assigned room. Opened the door and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was a cross between damp / musty and cat urine. I immediately called the main number and requested another room. The room next door was undergoing an ozone treatment and there was a warning on the door.
Main number representative couldn’t help me and asked to call me back. I went to the lobby to wait for the call back and noticed there was someone behind the desk. That person did help me find another room but the smell still hit me as I walked in. We wound up spraying an air freshener which made it just bearable for the night. The next day, the smell was back.
I was in and out over the next days, never stayed more than a few hours. I was afraid my clothes were going to smell.
The person who helped me said that the smell was from the cleaner they use on the floors. If that’s the case, and they know what the problem is…. Why not simply CHANGE THE CLEANER?
The smell is foul. I can’t imagine that anyone doesn’t notice it and comment about it.

Great place to stay! Only complaint was the lighting in the room wasn't very bright, could use some more lights in the main room area. The grounds were welcoming and the hot tub was hot! The complimentary shuttle to Epcot saved us having to drive after World Showcase. Lift prices are affordable and around $15 one way to any of the Disney Parks. Will definitely keep this resort on our list to return!

Simply great hotel, clean accommodation, organized, comfortable bed, very well located, still have Shuttle service to the Disney parks with an excellent return and departure time. I went with my wife and we stayed for 11 days, it was all very well. Certainly on a next visit I will stay in it again

The room was comfortable overall from the soft pillows and linen, and clean towels were always available when needed. Everything we needed was available to us. The personnel in the office were very courteous, and patient while answering my questions. We Loved the pool area. I would return to Sonders anytime, on my next visit to Orlando.

Great place to stay! Good restaurants close by and close to theme parks. Shuttles to theme parks are only offered once per day, so don’t rely on using those. Ride share is pretty cheap and easy to come by.
Would recommend management adding some directions for the in-room coffee machine…only add the water needed for each cup!
Room was clean and very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was not great, but usable. Very quiet area and felt very safe.

Even though my trip was relatively short, my time at Sonder Cirrus was full of ease. The check-in/check-out process was straightforward, and my room had everything I needed to comfortably enjoy my stay. When I was having trouble with my car, the staff went above and beyond to help me square away the problem. Overall, I was met with nothing but hospitality!
