I love the bed it was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was very clean and beautiful, and the food was the best thing, I love the hotel it was awesome, the pools was amazing because it was not very cold or very hot, I don’t have any complained I really love it and the next time I will stay here again

Very clean along with easy check-in and great breakfast. I love the fact that you’re able to make your own cute set of four 6” waffles and it only takes 2:30 minutes. The breakfast area is done in all farmhouse and you feel like you’re at Chip and Joanna Gaines magnolia restaurant. I went to Kikis the first morning adfter my first night and I will say that I enjoyed this breakfast over a $45 breakfast. No brainer there. Bed are comfortable and the pillows are the best! They should have option to sell them if people wanted them…I know I would want one. Not noisy outside. I was in a room 129 facing toward the parking lot so it was easy to get in car and go out and come back. Shower had nice water pressure. Love the grey vinyl flooring. My boyfriend is a HVAC tech so he checked the ac filter and it was clean. So they must check those frequently. I’ll be back it’s only 1/2 hour drive to Tank America (FYI 6605 Muskogee Orlando)that was my intention to drive a tank for a day and crush a car. BTW…it was a blast!…

This was a great place to stay with a decent price. Front desk was very polite and accommodating. Very helpful and great concierge when needed. We were treated well and slept well. It is located in a good area close to old town and Krispy Kreme Donuts 😃

D- for room quality. Rooms are very old and smell of mold. Windows are covered by brown paper. There is no one at the desk and no maintenance person. Beds are hard. Floor not clean. I highly recommend another place. Refund not given and have to wait for security $ for 4-5 days. Wanted to cancel for breathing because of mold in room, but refund not allowed

As hurricane Ian approached Florida, my mother lost her plan A and was stuck in the path of the storm. I called Green Point and they were able to get her in at a moments notice. Once she arrived we couldn't reach her by cell. The front desk staff walked over to her room (though the rain I think) and knocked on her door to tell her to call us. They also helped her setup wifi and keep her feeling safe despite flooding that was occurring in other parts of the hotel. She had trouble with the TV dying in the room and they tried to repair it right away. There were a few little issues that came up but you have to accept that not all things will go right when a hurricane is passing over! They did the best they could. In the end, when it appeared that some things could not be fixed, and that it was safe for her to return home, they refunded her second night and gave her a late checkout. That is true customer service. I would stay here just for the exceptional customer service. I would like to go back during better weather too. Thank you Green Point Staff. Another thing to note is that the hotel cancelled most amenities so that their staff could take care of their families. That was thoughtful and caring.…

This hotel is amazing the best ever!!! The staff simply can’t do enough they are wonderful!!! It’s spotlessly clean and exceptionally maintained!!! The pool is wonderful onsite laundry excellent amenities safe car parking and secure!!! Park outside your room playground everything you need for your holidays!!! It’s so peaceful and relaxing just choose here whatever your plans business pleasure to relax for two weeks or visiting the parks it’s simply wonderful!!!

We arrive there on March 20 just for one evening definitely will come there again place looks fantastic been renovated people working there from the front desk to housekeeping everyone we came in contact with were absolutely friendly and amazing and took pride in what they were doing definitely definitely definitely will stay there again location was key to everything in Orlando and adjacent to the parks

When I read all the reviews and description of this hotel, I was excited to stay here. The location is convenient and the lobby is very clean, but that’s where the hotel’s description of itself and real life start to differ. They never answer their phones, I called 5 times to confirm our reservation and see if it was possible to get a slightly earlier check in. Never once did anyone answer. I finally just went in and asked about an early check in. I was told to come back around 3pm. When I came back to check in a little after 3, the front desk person was more interested in talking to his buddy than work (I can see why the phone was never answered). Their “arcade” is a junky joke, they advertise food being available at night, but each time we stopped in, no one was there. The in lobby store is pretty much non-existent, but there is a CVS and an Aldi across the road. THE WI-FI IS AWFUL. The worse I have ever had at a hotel. Slow when it wasn’t non-existent. The room itself was ok, but there is almost NO lighting in the room. Just one, single wall sconce and 2 tiny lights above the vanity. There were 2 lamps, which were pretty useless. The beds were comfy, pillows hard and lumpy. The shower was ok. The bathroom door had damage to the bottom and slivers of wood kept coming off. I only received one splinter from it, and thankfully it was big enough I could find it in the dim light. Breakfast is less than standard. Egg patties were gross. One day it was literally wet slices of deli ham and slices of American cheese. Not worth going. Thank goodness Dunkin’ is right down the frontage road. People fly through the parking lot, you have to be very careful, even with the speed bumps. Overall, it is a clean place. Location is pretty convenient, but be prepared to hear a lot of traffic, a lot of police/fire/ambulance sirens at night as the hotel is right off of a very, very busy road.…

We went to this hotel on 01/04. The rooms are very musty and stinky, the floor was dropping the vinyl . We ask for exchange, but they do not. ask to cancel they refused to return the money. with glass walls and terrible acoustics
