We really enjoyed our stay at the Sabal Palm House B&B. The new owners Jack and Gina (and their family) were gracious and attentive to every detail. They recently bought the B&B and are focused on exceeding guest expectations. The house is just over the bridge from Palm Beach and overlooks the local 18 golf course and is steps away from the waterfront park on Lake Worth. Our room suite (the Renoir) was extremely spacious and comfortable with a king bed, a separate sitting room with dining table, couch and flat screen TV. There is a charming collection of classic DVDs that can be borrowed for room viewing. A hot breakfast is served daily at 9am and had a different menu each day. Complementary seltzers, fruits and snacks were available at all times, as well as beach towels and chairs for the many beach locations close by. It was an easy walk to local restaurants and stores in Lake Worth Beach. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We spent a week at the Sabal Palm House and there everything was amazing. Jack, and his family, were great hosts and were very informative about the surrounding restaurants and businesses in the Lake worth area. They had great suggestions for day trips and how to get to other landmarks up and down the beach. Our room was always taken care of, as well, as very comfortable. Most rooms features an artist, with their works of art on the walls (loved the decor!). We will be back!

OK folks. This place is a treasure I just accidentally discovered. It was like treasure falling from the sky and landing at my feet. The owner Jack, has masterly attended to the tiniest detail, all with exceptional taste. I checked in last night for two nights and just this morning I extended my stay for another night. I can't get over how well this place is managed. Like many of you, I am world travelled, and have stayed at many of the best hotels in dozens of cities. Jack would win in a blind taste test. Speaking of taste, Jack is also a chef and we had an elegant and generous breakfast, served by his 18 year old son Sam. I tipped Sam $20 just because I wanted to encourage him. You should too. Such lovely people. I never negotiate against myself, but I told Jack his prices are too low for the quality delivers. LOL. He said I'm the second guest to tell him that today. The next time you are in the Palm Beach Florida area, go out of your way to stay here. MJL

Hosts were most engaging, but on our second night’s stay we expected clean towels (only 2 bath towels were provided.) The goblets we used for water were left with the previous day’s water in them, no fresh glasses. The flowers left in the room were in need of partial replacement, and the flowers on the dining table were also in need of refurbishing. The “luxury” linens did not appear to be of the quality one would expect for luxury. Front door to the living room remained unlocked even though a coded lock was present.

I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations, but please allow me to give some context. We always provide towels on request and even include beach towels and beach chairs, but we are working with ecological and conservation standards so we do not automatically launder and replace towels when they are hanging to dry. Not replacing your used glasses was certainly an oversite and I will address that with staff. We bought this place in January and are making many upgrades including replacing fake flowers with fresh ones. We are improving processes and changing flowers in the rooms (which never had fresh flowers previously) is a challenge we are tackling. We use Egyptian cotton, high thread count linens. but do not starch them. We are in a very safe neighborhood and of course all the rooms lock with deadbolts, but we have replaced that auto-locking system that was faulty, with a top-of-the-line auto-locking deadbolt. I invite you to give us another chance to show you why almost all of our reviews are five stars.

We came to Lake Worth Beach to attend a funeral. We chose Sabal Palm House because of its low rates and to avoid the large crowds at chain hotels. We chose wisely.
The owners at Sabal Palm House went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I forgot to mention that I had a food allergy, but that didn't stop them accommodating me and offering a breakfast I could eat. I felt so welcome!
We stayed in the Salvador Dali room, which was large very clean! It had a king size bed with two chairs, and there was still plenty of room to walk around. The walk-in shower was large enough to fit a person of any size - or more than one person if desired.
We were asked each day if we needed anything from housekeeping such as towels, extra soap, etc., but we said "no". Unlike other places that will send housekeeping into guests' rooms to clean without any notice, Sabal Palm House didn't. When we said we didn't need anything, our privacy was respected, and housekeeping did not enter our room for any reason. I truly appreciated this! I never had to worry about leaving our suitcases open or personal belongings in the room because I knew they would be left alone.
If we ever come back to Lake Worth Beach or the surrounding area, we will make sure to stay only at Sabal Palm House. I don't see how any other place could possibly compare to the hospitality exhibited here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming B&B in the center of Lake Worth. Each guest room is named and decorated in honor of a famous artist - we stayed in the Dali Room. The common areas are beautiful, and the secluded courtyard is quiet, restful and pretty. The location is fantastic - a walk away from the beach, a nature preserve, shops, restaurants and a historic distict of quaint homes. Hosts Angela and Greg are extremely gracious, helpful and attentive. We started each day with a delicious breakfast and enjoyed fresh cookies in the afternoon. We highly recommend the Sabal Palm House and will definitely stay there again on a return trip to Lake Worth.

A charming B & B run by Innkeepers & recent new owners, Angela & Greg. This turn of the century antiques filled location has very comfortable rooms (including bathrooms) titled by various artists. The “Dali Room” overlooks the street & golf course towards the beach nearby. The street can be a little noisy in the mornings. The “Renoir Room” is a spacious suite w/a very comfortable “4 poster” king bed and charming balcony over looking the charming back patio. “The Gallery” is a spacious suite in the building across the back courtyard from the main house with a king bed & small kitchenette. All rooms have mini fridges for picnic selections or leftover goodies from “dinner out” the night before. Angela offers coffee, breakfast sweets (try her fabulous Cinnamon/Butter Pound Cake!) & breakfast in the morning and great cookies thru out day. We visited with other guests who had stayed here again & again and we’ll definitely be back!

Angela is an excellent host. The B&B is located across the street from a golf course so even though it is just a few blocks from restaurants, it still felt secluded. The house, room and grounds were immaculate and well-tended with sculptures and pieces of art scattered throughout. The back patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the home-made breakfast. We were sorry to just spend one night.

We felt welcomed from the very beginning when making our reservations. Angela and Greg are absolutely lovely and went out of their way for us with our scheduling changes (due to hurricane) and throughout our entire stay! The room and common areas are extremely clean/sanitized as they are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of their customers. The only thing better than Angela’s breakfasts or Greg’s smoothies, is their company! Thanks again for such a great holiday - we look forward to our next stay at the Sabal Palm House! Larry, Carmen and Sassi M

We spent three nights here, and it was just O.K. After reading reviews and the description online, we were excited for our peaceful get away, and expected much more. They state on the website that they have fresh baked goodies daily, but there were never any fresh baked goodies. Just store bought cookies put out. In our suite, there were candles on the wall that had about an inch of dust, as well as the several silk trees covered in dust. There was a nice table in our room to eat at, but the table cloth was worn and snagged and never changed during our stay, even though we dropped salsa on the cloth. The linens on our bed were thin and worn as well as the towels in our bathroom. There were two bottles of water in our room upon arrival, but was never replenished. There was no choice for breakfast, only what was served, which was nothing special. We ended up going to a local diner for breakfast. The owners are super nice, and we did enjoy talking with them. The property is nice, and with a little work here and there, I'm sure it can be amazing. The owner did tell us that the housekeeper quit the week before, and they don't seem to have a grounds keeper/gardner. Perhaps that's why our weekend was less than what was expected. She seemed very overwhelmed and stressed out when she greeted us when we arrived.
