The bathroom which I had in what was supposed to be an accessible bedroom, had some grip rails on the tub wall. That's all. There was no fold down bench and no bars to hold on to when exiting the tub. The floor was extremely slippery and I almost fell. I had to call for assistance from my roommate and I was not hurt in any way. It could have been a lot worse. The hose for the handheld shower could have been a little bit longer so that it could reach any part of the tub. That was just convenience, and not safety. Seriously consider a fold-down bench somewhere along the tub wall And perhaps a non-skid tile on the floor if you're going to call it handicap accessible. People in a wheelchair or mobility scooter can only access their room from the parking lot by driving through the office. The office is locked up after 10:30 or 11:00 at night, although I have been told that the office would be open all night. There are no disabled spots, curb cuts or ramps on the sidewalk that led to my room.

First off I want to say I am very displeased with this hotel. I came from out of town to visit a family member, and my family member had a room with this hotel. He had been there for a long time since April of 2020,and I noticed while I was there he had to keep asking for things that should have been provided to him such as towels, tissue and other things of necessity.Thrn on top of that they advised him that they could only change his bed once a week on Thursday's and there was even a incident where one of the housekeepers had information she had no business having such as telling him that he was suppose to check out that day which was not even the correct information because my family member had just went and paid to extend his stay the day before that was very embarrasing and very unacceptable when all the front desk had to do was call him and disguss that with him. No employee had any business knowing that my family needed to check out that room that's first off,and I observed all of this as I was there off and on visiting my family for about a little over a week, and while I was there he was arrested for a simple traffic citation. That's when it got real ugly. When he was arrested he left me in the room ,and I was going back and forth to another family members house bringing him certain things he needed so the next day I left the room after one pm and upon my return I couldn't use the key to the room so I go to the front desk had to wait while the other worker that was doing nothing was texting on her phone for me to even be addressed and when I finally was addressed I advised her the key was not working and she nastily said with this evil look on her face yes the key isn't working because he was arrested and you are not on his guest list. I said ma'am he left me in his room when this happened so I was already in there and I have belongings in there also that I need to get,and I didn't understand why would they wait till I leave to lock me out of the room now mind you I had been there allday and I'm sure they knew I was there because why would they not call and say anything to me yet lock me out of the room when I left and treat me so unfair?I have belongings in there included some necessary medicine that I need to take daily, but she tell me in front of a guest checking in that the reason I can't use the key was because my family member was arrested and I wasn't a guest on his list I was furious because first off that's a invasion of his privacy and personal business to disclose his business out loud like that especially when guest were checking in and I'm pretty sure he heard her because she was loud and clear it was so humiliating ,secondly she had no right not to let me get my belongings I had in the room as a guest at that hotel there was no where in the paperwork where it said he wasn't allowed guests and Im talking to a lawyer now to sue the hell out of them because a lot of both of our rights and privacy was invaded and something need to be done about it because it's just not right how they operate at this facility very rude and unprofessional and it made me feel as if my family had been incarcerated twice by the way I was treated and it's not right or fair and me and my family have rights and I am going to fight for them .This was a short white lady with blond hair and she was so rude and unprofessional them the key wasn't working and

Hadn't stayed at a Travelodge in a long time - had low expectations. Was pleasantly surprised with this property. Customer service was excellent. Our room was quiet by the pool. I-4 is out front - get a room in the back. Would stay here again. It is tricky to find the entrance. If you are southbound, turn before the hotel and cut through the LaQuinta and IHOP parking lots.

Nice lady at front desk, clean room. Easy parking did the job for one night. Did have a person banging on a door down the hall but only lasted a couple of mins. Ihop is connected but did not eat there.
