I come to this hotel a decent amount of times. I don’t have bad things to say. All the rooms I’ve stayed in where up to par. The staff is nice and friendly. The manager Art is always welcoming with a friend smile. He is the best.

No problems with bed bugs or cleanliness per se, but it was definitely lacking. Housekeeping was really nice. If you have children though, keep them close. A lot of dirty looking older men walk around half clothed and you can smell the stink of marijuana often. Also, the pool had half naked (literally, thongs, etc. things hanging out) people (men and women).

Stayed here in March 08 for two nights, Only affordable motel in area. You will need to make reservations ahead of time to get a room here.
My first experiance with them was after I had reserved room, I called that day to confirm my request of a first floor room. They told me that they could not guarantee it, could not understand why Upon my arrival, office was full of people waiting, heard clerk say they were going to have problems fullfilling reservations. They claimed they were having maintenance problems thatg night. They gave me a second floor room, even though I had requested a first floor a month earlier.
Upon entering a no smoking room, 3 ashtrays in room, but could not smell it. Missing some towels and half the pillow covers. Other wise room was fine
Since this is the only low budget motel in area, this motel does get some questionable characters as guests, but there is a police pressence always at the motel.
If you are looking for amenities, this is not the motel for you. I would only recomend this motel, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a night or two.

Everything. non-smoking room we were in reeked of stale tobacco smoke. Room was filthy. Bathtub and toilet enamel wearing off no condiments except for two bars of soap. Towels were yellow not white from dirt. Blanket on bed had several cigarette burns right through the blanket.
Cat walks on second floor are collapsing. They are already on an angle.
This property should be torn down or they need to put millions of dollars into reparations.
It looks like the owners of this property have not put a penny into it for at least two decades.
My advice look elsewhere for accommodation, unless you like a stinky dirty room with filthy burned bedding, towels that should have been trashed years ago, and staff that actually care. Don’t let the owner photos of the property fool you nor the higher review ratings. They are probably mostly fake. That will be evident if you check in.
Would give zero stars if possible

The room was clean and comfortable. Plus quiet and property was clean. Staff are very nice and kind. Anytime we needed anything they made sure we had it. Pool looks nice at night very beautiful view. Rooms are a reasonable price. Close to shops.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Booked last minute due to a long flight delay and needed a bed for the night. Wrong move! Room stank of damp, so much so our PJ’s still smelt the following night. If you shut the bathroom door you couldn’t get back out, holes in the bath, only 2 towels for 4 of us and no more available when we asked, bed sheets/pillows not great, food on the floor at the side of the bed, extremely noisy a/c unit from a neighbouring room.

I stayed here to be close to family and it really was nice. For the price I was very happy and was so thankful for how nice and thoughtful the front desk was. They were there for me whenever I needed anything. The rooms are nice and I would definitely recommend to go here.

The motel is a nice and clean place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful always nice. The outside is always kept clean and quiet.they have really good coffee in the morning for the guest. Not bad at all.

My wife made a reservation for today a couple of days ago. They told her early check in wasn't a problem and took the reservation (for 8 am). So today we get there and we're told we can't check in until 11:am. Not only did she make the reservation she called to confirm yesterday just to make sure. I would have been better off going to a camp ground.

No, Motel 6 does not have Breakfast.
The area appears to be very safe. I even saw a police car patrolling through the parking lot a couple of times. Or maybe that's a bad thing? Nah,it seems pretty safe. As far as bed bugs, I don't think there we bed bugs in my room BUT, I saw the biggest cockroach that I ever saw in my life in the bathroom. It was huge! I just put the ice bucket over top of it.
I will say this-this hotel is a little cheaper than most other ones that you'll find around there, but not by that much. Personally, I think you should spend the extra 20 bucks and go somewhere else. The rooms here feel like prison cells.
