I really do not want to let people know about this place! One block from the beach, 5 minute walk to the main drag. Very convenient. The large living room with sofa bed, large TV, dining room table, full kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed each with their own closets) and nice size bathroom! All furniture and accents were of quality not typically found in a hotel. I would liken it to someone's home. It was very airy and relaxing. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathroom and even an iron. Housekeeping services could be daily for towels. Just leave a basket outside your door. You're assigned your own parking space and have your own code to enter your apartment. We walked a lot rather than drove to Lauderdale by the Sea. I am familiar with this area from the last 20 years. We are from L.A. and were there for my mother-in-law's Celebration of Life. My young adult children, upon first laying eyes on our apartment, all complimented me and said this was the best place I EVER selected during our travels. And it truly was. We felt it was our "home away from home" and could come and go as we pleased. I even had the opportunity to speak with the main office since my oldest son's girlfriend had a different flight that we did and she had to kill time. They were very accommodating and said she can leave her luggage in their office, use the pool/jacuzzi, go to the beach and use the bathroom /shower in the little separate building where the laundry facilities were. For this alone, I appreciated their sincere hospitality! We will be back! :)

Stayed here for 4 nights and days recently and once again it was an exceptional stay. We loved our accomodations. The kitchen area was ideal to prepare simple meals and breakfast. The outdoor pool area is very clean and the pool itself it quite refreshing. Nice comfortable chairs around the pool itself. Tables and umbrellas if you need to get out of the sun. The location is perfect for walking into Lauderdale-by-the-sea to a number of restaurants as well the beach is directly accross the street. The Inn provides beach chairs, beach towels and floaties. A lovely place to stay.

This is one of the cleanest and comfortable studio suites I have ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the homey touches. Room was large with couch , small kitchen galley off the side, walk-in closet off the side and nicely done bathroom with a large shower. Beach is located just across the street. Free use of beach umbrellas and chairs. Nice pool area to relax. This is just a 3 minute walk to the main Lauderdale by the Sea area which has plenty of great restaurants and bars. Just park the car and everything you need is right there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked this inn because I wanted a clean, quiet place with a kitchen in this area. My choice came down to two places, but I selected Sea Spray because they had free cancellation until a week before departure and it looked lovely. The other choice was cheaper, but I’m glad I splurged!
This lovely place is immaculate, friendly, quiet, centrally located, and across the street from the beach. Staff is great too! I can’t wait to return!

This was the best place due to the staff and the immaculate room and grounds. So close to the restaurants and a block off the ocean, which was perfect as the wind was in my mind "gale force". The locals called it "breezy" hahahahahaha. I plan to return next year for a longer vacation, and I can't wait. The staff wasn't just friendly, they made us feel like family. Beach chairs, beach towels (refreshed daily) and floaties available and much appreciated. Tables with umbrellas and tables under the top floor for us snow birds that can't handle a full day of sun. We were in room 5 and plan to do more of our own cooking next time and grilling too. Publix is a 7 block walk and one can call for a Why Walk Shuttle to take back with the groceries. It was perfection and my only regret was having to leave after 8 days.

We spent one week early in may at the Sea Spray Inn. We had a great time! Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at a short walking distance from the ocean, very convenient for the beach lovers that we are. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were supplied, very convenient. We were able to eat outside on our patio, which we enjoyed very much. The kitchen of our unit was well equipped.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a fishing pier, all at a walking distance. The motel is about 4 streets away from all the activities, so it's a quiet neighbourhood and safe. The staff was very nice. Mary, who is very pleasant, made sure that everything was fine. Peter was taking good care of the garden. There is also a pool and an BBQ.
We really had a great week. It had everything we were looking for. We liked it so much that we decided to come back every year at the Sea Spray Inn.

I’ve stayed at Seaspray Inn many times over the years. My husband and I come during the winter for a wonderful vacation. I return in June for a week for work related activities. Seaspray is a gem. There is enormous attention to detail in the units and around the property. There are tables and chairs scattered around, offering spots for sitting outside in addition to the lounge chairs by the two pools, and each unit having outdoor chairs. There are beach chairs & umbrellas at no extra charge to take across the street to the beach. The rooms/suites are immaculate & nicely sized. There is a variety of accommodations and views. We stay in the yellow building. We’ve stayed ground floor and second floor. 2nd floor has better views. But downstairs is lovely with no stairs to climb. Josee and her husband are hands on owners. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting them several times. Cindy, the manager is a gem. She always greets us warmly and has terrific tips on where to dine. The cleaning team & grounds-workers are friendly and attentive to their work. There are 2 pools and a hot tub. As a woman traveling alone several times I felt completely safe. The town is great and a 10 minute walk with plenty of food choices. It livens up at night but the noise doesn’t travel to Seaspray, so your sleep is peaceful. Forgot your sunblock? There is a Walgreens minutes away. And finally the other guests are great. If you like friendly people, terrific accommodations and the ocean a step away, book your spot here. And you’ll find out why so many like my husband and myself return yearly.

We planned a family reunion. Three brothers and their wives getting together. Two live in Pennsylvania, one in Central Florida. Right from the start the staff at Sea Spray Inn couldn’t have been more accommodating. Josie put us all in the garden side building together. The manager on duty Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. It is our now “our home away from home”. Thank you to the whole staff. Petey,the cleaning staff, and of course the manager Debbie. We will be back!

We recently stayed there with friends from 5/1-5/4. This hidden gem definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, and better than we expected. Cindy and her staff really went out of their way to make you feel at home and provided great customer service. The pool out back was really cool and very private with a hot tub. Located within walking distance to the beach and another bonus was they provided beach chairs and umbrellas you could take with you as opposed to some places that make you pay to use them. We couldn't have been more pleased with this place and would definitely stay here again. A+++!

Yes it has air conditioning - Restaurants are near by within walking distance actually really nice...Yes has free laundromat and i'm not sure about pets tho.
