Encore Fiesta Key RV Resort boasts a vibrant atmosphere with live music and entertainment, although some guests have noted noise-related disturbances. The resort's picturesque location with ocean views and on-site amenities like fishing is a highlight for many travelers, despite concerns about the value for money regarding accommodations and paid services.
While the range of facilities, including a pool and marina, is appreciated, issues like internet access are points for improvement. Cleanliness is generally praised, yet service experiences vary, with staff friendliness often enhancing guest stays.

We stayed in Cottage 173. Magnificent location - last cabin nearest the Lobster Crawl. Had a queen bed in the bedroom, two twin mattresses on the floor up in the loft (IMO, I think it's just for kids, I'm 5'1' and could hardly get up the narrow staircase!) The second bedroom had a bunk bed with 1 mattress on top. ( there was no lower bunk) we just put our suitcases on the floor in there. Personally, I wished it was just an empty room with maybe a few luggage racks or bench of some sort for luggage. Pretty tight, but I guess that's what you get in a "tiny house". The kitchen / living area was adorable. Sofa is pull out bed. All up to date appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishware and utensils for 4, Wine glasses and 1 fry pan, 1 sauce pot. No mixing bowls :/
1 full bath with plenty of towels and 1 half bath. Both very clean and up to date. they also provide a kitchen sponge, small dish detergent, 1 roll of paper towels and a few kitchen & bath trash bags.
Our only disappointment was ther eis no free wifi in the cabins. It was a 5.95 per day charge, which we opted out of. If you need wifi you have to go to the rec room or front office. the cabin had a big flat screen TV, but no cable. I guess if you brought your own firestick and then paid for the wifi service you could use it then. I hope they start to include wifi in the price. We already booked for next year!
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
P.s. no picks of the second beroom with the single bunk because it is so small i couldn't get one! seriously, this room is just for 1 kid to sleep in.

we've stayed at Fiesta Key several times of the last few years. After suffering major damage after Hurricane Irma, the KOA CG switched to an Encore resort. They've invested a lot of money redoing nearly the entire west side of the park. The pool is excellent with a kids area separate from the older visitors, beach chairs and access to the salt water and places to launch boats or just throw a line in the water. Resort has places for motorcoaches, 5th wheels, campers and tenters. Plus they have several cabins for rent of various sizes. They have two locations for anglers to clean their catches which is really handy. Plus, just about everyone gathers to watch the sunset from the point in the CG.
There is also a bar.grill on the site but the last two times they have not been open. That's the only reason I can't give them a 5 star review because they certainly deserve it. Staff hope bar/restaurant will be open by mid December. Meanwhile you are only 20 minutes from Islamarada and 30 minutes from Marathon. Each location has more than enough eateries to satisfy the most demanding tastes.
The campground has strong WIFI and you can upgrade the service and most all power/water/sewer service have been upgraded since the hurricane. And there are two areas for pet walks, one completely fenced in and the second a place to let doggies dip their toes into the water.
The staff here is very friendly and you won't be able to get past them without a wave. I'm sure they are also smiling but due to the pandemic, masks are worn by all staff who come in close contact with campers.
We have every intention to return here often in the future. HOpefully with an operational restaurant in the future.

We are spending a month here in our tent camper and keeping our boat in their marina. The campsites are smaller on the renovated side of the resort but we’ve found that all campsites are small in the Keys. They gave a sandy beach area they keep beautifully groomed, two hot tubs and a large pool. The on site restaurant is quite good. The store is well stocked. They pick up our garbage at our site daily. They have sundown gatherings at a tiki hut where we had free wine, cheese and fruit. The dock master helped us launch our boat and is very knowledgeable and friendly. They brought by free ice cream to our campsites one evening. The facilities are clean and the resort is very pet friendly, having a dog park and an area to run. We’re definitely coming back!

We love coming here. It is a beautiful location with a really happy vibe. Your experience will vary depending on the accommodation you choose. The sea side cabins need some serious updates. some of them are really in need of repairs. The new suites are lovely. They need serious cleaning and update of pots/pans etc. They are old beyond, scratched and not usable. On the suites, please add black out curtains. The wood blinds offer no black out and then you get woken up on sunrise. Other than that, I do really enjoy this resort and had a great time!

We decided to take the kids for an RV trip in the Keys because it was the safest way to get outside. Controled environment and social distance, but Fiesta RV is not prepared.
The only thing we needed was a simple bag of Ice that cost less than $3 and their store was opened (business hour).
They said they had a system problem and could not process card, could not receive cash (due Covid) or even give us any other payment option for a simple bag of Ice.
Their answer was to take the RV out (full hookup) to buy a bag of ice outside the camp.
Btw: we paid over $200/day to stay at Fiesta RV and they could not provide us a way to get a simple bag of ice!

Room lacked attention in regards of supplied necessities, didn’t supply toilet paper or changed the towels. We stayed for 8 days and left earlier. Staff is always friendly, food was good and rinks too but felt as if I was buying juice instead of drinks.

This is a lovely resort in the Florida Keys. The staff is very pleasant. Check in was easy and cheerful. Our escort to the site was helpful, staying and asking if there was anything else he could help with. The sites are level, gravelled, nicely wide (and not snugged up against your neighbor). There is a nice dog park and an area that you can let your dog off leash to run and swim. This park contains a restaurant, a beach, a pool, a marina, play area for small children and nice public places.

Excellent Facility, outstanding staff, terrific location. Restaurant was excellent. Ocean lounge area could not have been better. Appreciated the area for fishing and fish cleaning. Security at the complex was the best. WIFI was so so, I recommend paying the minor fee for the upgrade in service level. It permitted me to use multiple devices.

We have had the best time. We extended our stay, switching over from another RV place and wish we’d found this one sooner! Staff are super friendly and helpful, sites are close, but well maintained and all the room we really need. Lots of kids, but respectful of quiet hours, plenty of adults in different age groups, as well! They even have some activities, like an ice cream cart, outdoor bingo, & a sunset toast. Also, being able to rent paddle boards was a bonus, the on-site store is clean and well stocked, nice/easy hookups and good water pressure, views of the ocean everywhere, about 20 min to Publix in Islamorada ... you could enjoy your entire trip without leaving the resort, but it’s an easy drive to Robbies, Anne’s Beach, pennekamp state park, islamorada brewing, bass pro... I could keep going, but you get the idea. We didn’t want to leave -originally booked 3 days, ended up staying 9. Already looking forward to next time!

It was overpriced for the amenities. I had to pay extra for WiFi daily. The restrooms were out of service in peak morning hours. The marina store was extremely overpriced, forcing you to drive to Islamorada just for eggs or ice.

Fiesta Key Dows have self-serve paddle board rental. But new this year, they have a waterspouts rental company that will bring to the RV park the Watersport equipment of your choice. This is a very nice amenity to add to the offerings.

Full hook ups. Everything in the Keys, sightseeing wise, has to do with driving. I always say that everything is 15 miles away, as you have to go from one Key to another.
You can go to the turtle hospital. Also the pool and beach are awesome. There is Robbies where they can feed the tarpons. It is a tourist place but still fun.
