This was our first time staying at a KOA. We purchased at KOA special (off of the website) for 3 nights which included camping for up to 4 people including all hook-ups, plus tickets to the Lion Country Safari for 2 days for $187+ tax! How great is that?! We stayed in site #152 which accommodated our RV (31', 2...

The level of impressive was unexpected, but my parents and I were very pleased with the safari and everything it had to offer, especially for the price! The animas literally come right up to your car! Feeding the giraffes was awesome too!

Spots are close together like a lot of KOA's. Facilities were clean and pleasing to the eye. Owners brought it to our attention that our dog was loud while we were gone. Dogs are only allowed to be walked to dog walk and back. You aren't supposed to walk them around the park. If we could that may have tired...

Found this KOA in a magazine. Road into the campground is a little tight and winding. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Sites were kept clean, along with the facilities. Nice pool and playground. The also have volleyball, basketball and shuffle boards. Nightly security rides around. During our entire stay you could hear the lions roaring. More in the...

A real drive through game preserve experience. Very impressive collection of wild life roaming feeely in immense paddocks. An opportunity to view exotic animals in what appears to be their natural habitat. Absolutely no hint of that nasty zoo feeling. A very good day long activity.

We heard the lions roar so often but it NEVER got old! All facilities are incredibly clean and well maintained. Fellow campers are considerate and tidy. This was an awesome trip for all...wish we could have stayed longer!

We like this zoo for the giraffes. It costs $2.50 to feed the giraffes but it is worth it. There are other animal interactions but the giraffes are our favorite. You can ride in your car around the animals and then go to the park itself. Bring bathing suits. There is a splash area and water slides.

If you enjoy seeing animals up close this is THE place to go. ..It is absolutely amazing. We managed to get a discount on our visit so even better. It is a drive through experience. You see animals very up close like Zebras and Rhinos and antelope and ostriches. They have lions behind security fences..chimps and monkeys on islands and giraffe...

While the idea of being next to Lion Safari was exciting, KOA was boring. I feel it is overpriced. The park has no tv cable service or WIFI, no garbage pick up service, no golf cars allowed (although park is pretty big) no cafeteria or restaurant on site. NO activities at all. So, other than the pool in which you...

This was worth every penny of the admission! The animals were great! My daughter (who is autistic) was in heaven! It's a 4 mile drive thru accompanied by a CD you play as you go along. The price also includes entrance to the park also.
