We booked cottage 20 through airbnb. The owner,Robert has maintained the property well and has a range of beach chairs etc to use. Very comfortable 2 bed 2 bath with WiFi and a lovely pool to cool off and parking. The gorgeous white sand beach is across the road. There are restaurants nearby. Lovely location. Highly recommended would definitely stay here at cottage 20 again.

Gulf Gardens is a cute little condo complex in an adorable town. With the water across the street and a nice pool on the grounds, it was perfect. We stayed in Apt. 4 The room was clean, but the kitchen could definitely use some upgrading. The grounds are very nice and well kept.

Here on vacation with my mom. The place dirty. The furniture is torn and stained. There are massive cockroaches everywhere. Do not stay here. It's dirty and overpriced. This is our second time and it was not this bad last time. It needs massive improvement.

The grounds are amazing! The pool is well maintained and gorgeous! The beach access is directly across the street. It's within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Our cottage was a little small for our group but we were just there to sleep

We found Gulf Gardens doing a vrbo search for a place with ocean view, a pool and also in the most affordable range. That was in 2013. All I can say is you have to go here to believe how great it is! The managers are Imre and Maria and they are so accommodating and sweet; they also work very hard to keep the landscaping beautiful on the property. There is a nice pool with a grill and large picnic table area right beside the pool. We used the shower for our feet coming back from the beach a couple of times a day, before going back into our condo. We have rented unit 17 these past two visits. It has a view of the ocean because it is on the upper level. Each unit has its own layout, (square footage is small), so you can look and choose according to what your needs will be. Don't forget to walk down to John's Pass for shopping and food. On the beach there are chairs with cabanas or umbrellas to rent; this is a great value and we have always done it. Visit the Salvador Dali museum in St. Pete if you have time. Use the local trolley; get information before you do so that you'll have correct change or can get a pass for the week. You won't be disappointed with the location and beautiful property here -- it's small and quaint, great location and wonderful managers and owners!…

Wow!! What a beautiful place to stay in Madeira Beach!!! We could see the beach from our Front door!!! The people who care for the place are the sweetest! Every one staying there was so nice, we made some new life long friends!! Highly recommend staying here! Within walking distance to so many places!!! Make sure you ask for Robert Slama's place you won't be disappointed!!

everything is so well maintained and clean. the beach is so close and has gorgeous white sand and palm trees. we all love swimming in the ocean and the heated pool surrounded by exotic garden plants and trees simply stunning. we love everything about this place.

The location of the cottages is centrally located, with the beach directly across the street! These are quiet and cozy cottages to stay in. They are managed by the friendliest and most accommodating couple! If we had any questions about our stay they responded with in minutes. the weather, and beach was lovely, but because of the well maintained, clean cottages and the management at these cottages, we can't wait to come back and stay here!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!

THrowback small resort, assortment of 1 story cabins, 1 & 2 Floor condos. Small place, big personality. Perfectly maintained by a sweet couple who reside there. Great pool, picnic area, gas grill. I'd go back or recommend to anyone!!! Beach access DIRECTLY across street.
