After living in Florida for 8 years, this was our first weeklong beach "staycation" with the family... and what a great choice! We wanted to explore as many beaches as possible from Clearwater to St. Pete... and even extended it to Anna Maria and Ft DeSoto. Though Madeira Beach is not as ritzy as some of the other beach towns,...

Lisa and her cottages are the only place to stay in Maderia. The location is perfect, a short one block walk to John's pass, and a skip across the street to the beach and public access. Everything you need is provided for you in the home. ( just brind you bathing suit and beach chairs!) The pool and tiki huts...

We chose to stay at the Cottages at Madeira Beach on the recommendation of my sister who had stayed there twice before. We absolutely loved it! The cottages are so clean and accomodating, and we had all the conveniences of home.. The pool area was very inviting. The beach, boat tours, shopping, and restaurants are all within short walking distance....

The Cottages at Madeira Beach are truly a home away from home. From my first phone call from Lisa – I knew that my husband and I would feel at home. I happened upon this little gem looking for “pet friendly” vacation rentals. We travelled with our 9 year old Lab – and not only did Lisa assure me that...

We are a retired Canadian couple who for the last four years have spent the winter months in the Southern USA with our very friendly poodle. We think of ourselves as being quite ``fussy`` and we have no hesitation recommending The Cottages at Madeira Beach as an excellent place to stay, relax, and enjoy in the St. Petersburg area. The...

Took a five week vacation recently staying at the cottages of maderia beach. Every thing was exactly as described to me on a phone call from one of the owners,Lisa. Stayed in unit number 7 which was extra clean, beautifully decorated, all essentials provided plus only a few hundred feet to the beach or Johns pass. Friendships developed with the other guest...

If you're looking for the "Ritz," this is not the place for you. However, if you want a home-like environment that is pet friendly, you'll enjoy your stay. These cottages are an "enclave" of charm surrounded by the tourist activity of John's Pass. It's a short walk to the beach, but easy and well worth the money you will save...

We came to Cottages at Madeira Beach to celebrate my daughter's 16th bithday. It was more than we could have asked for! Everyone was friendly and it felt like a second home. We stayed at the Sea Turtle and my daughter and her girlfriend insisted on buying a token sea turtle to leave at the cottage "kind of leave their...

We were there for 12 days, me, my wife and our daughter. The cottage was extra clean. You find a lot of small attentions from the owner (Liza and Manfred).Bottle of wine was waiting for us at our arrival. The resort is well decorated, and at not more than 300’ from the beach sand. In the kitchen aall was there...
