Booked here last minute. The front desk staff member Nora was very nice. We booked a 2 bedroom condo and were pleased. That's right, condo. They do provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, tissues and soap and plenty of towels. However, if you're looking for room service and daily turn down service this is not the spot for you.

Property offers plenty of parking, private access to beach (beach is a short walk across a very very quiet road), outside shower and hose to rinse beach equipment, short walk to dining and shopping.

Every room has a large balcony. Our room came with smart tv and wifi, washer/dryer, full size fridge, electric range/oven and dishwasher.

I would stay here again.

This place is wonderful at an "affordable Marco" price. We stayed in a 1 bdrm suite-very nice shower, dishwasher, spotless,, had chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for the beach. Nora in the office was extremely kind and stored our refrigerated food in office refrigerator after we checked out so we could go to the beach. The pool is lovely with quality lounge chairs. And beach access through a private access gate across the street was wonderful...no walking for blocks to the public access. I will definitely keep this in my list of repeat places to stay!

We vacation on Marco several times a year and this was our first time staying at this property. We usually stay at the big resorts but with the way prices have sky rocketed this year, paying over $800 a night was very unreasonable...... We thought we would have to find a more reasonable place in Naples or further north. That is until we discovered The Marco Beach Vacation Suites! This quaint little property is located directly across from the beach- with its very own private beach access reserved only for their guests. It takes less than one minute to get out on to the beautiful Marco beach! Now, we are people that are accustomed to staying beachfront and we thought it would be somewhat of a trek- boy were we wrong! Its actually a shorter walk out on to the beach than it is at the beach front resorts. No long elevator waits/rides, no need to navigate a massive lobby full of people, no walking through crowds by the pool to finally access the beach... just a short, quiet, peaceful walk out to paradise! Our unit was SUPER clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for our week stay. This property is just a shot little walk down to the Marco Walk Plaza where our favorite restaurant (Marco Prime) is located, but I have to say- we loved having a kitchen! These unit are condos so they come equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area

We visited Marco for 7 days and spent the first 3 here. To begin, I'd like to say we did enjoy time out on the spacious screened in patio overlooking Collier Avenue, there is a shared laundry room, we met some other nice people and the pool area was pretty nice - a lot of sun, private and the water was warm!

Back at the room the bedding was fresh but but the cloth couch and chair in the living area were nasty - we didn’t use them. The appliances in the tiny kitchen were very old but they did work. Keep in mind that these are old condos and the decor is very outdated so if you’re expecting a modern room you will be disappointed. The other condos may be better I do not know.

I also have to mention that the condo organization required a damage liability form be completed at check in. That form requires you to write your credit card number on the form or you cannot stay there. The association needs to get with the times and eliminate this with a new system that encrypts credit card numbers. It's no wonder to me why there were plenty of vacancies.

On the 4th day we moved over to the Hilton to a far better value at a slightly higher price. Sorry Marco Beach Vacation Suites, we won't be back.

Originally from Northern California, I chose this place partly because it was the most affordable I found for what was included and because I am prone to getting lost in unfamiliar places. It was a straight shot from the resort to the highway which takes you directly to the airport, so I had no trouble navigating the final leg of my FL tour. The room was comfortable and more importantly clean from the start. Private beach a stones throw away offered photo opportunities galore (I am a professional photographer). The surrounding area had everything you could want during a stay in FL; as a result of being an island, everything was so close together which I enjoyed since I enjoy taking walks with my cameras. The young lady that I assume manages the place was a total sweetheart from start to finish and was available to help throughout the duration of my stay and was knowledgeable about the surroundings. The pool patio area stayed largely empty during my stay which, of course, I did not mind at all.Overall, I will be including this place in my travel plans when life brings me back to the area.

The units have outdated furnishings and living area but the floor in our unit looked relatively updated. Accommodations were clean and comfortable enough. The private access to the beach was convenient with a crosswalk to cross the busy street. The best thing about this resort aside from the much cheaper price than most was the swimming pool. That was very nice and heated with many lounge chairs available.

Spot on! The location of the hotel gives a great view of the beach and even has its own access to it. The cost of staying was affordable, reasonable and definitely worth it. The service was top-notch and very efficient. The staff members were friendly, helpful and were always available whenever I needed any help. They would solve the issue in a timely manner without compromising the quality of their work. Overall, if anyone were to visit Marco Island and needed a place to stay, Marco Beach Vacation Suites should definitely be the first choice.

The only good thing about this place was private access path to the beach across the street. Kitchenware was terrible. had to request oven mitts and they gave me three washcloths! requested a sheet pan for cooking - never got it. had to put foil on the broiler pad to bake food in the oven. The mattresses were lumpy and hard. The sheets were threadbare. The kitchen is so small that when you open the dishwasher door, it hits the oven door! The washer and dryer in our room was "out of order". Were supposed to pay $1.75 per load to use the community laundry facilities? That why we stated a a villa for the kitchen and laundry facilities! No amenities except a pool. For $500 per night I'd find someplace else to stay.

We were pleased to find this place, and we only did because the other places were either sold out or way too expensive! And what a blessing it was! Being that is is a vacation rental, the rooms were much bigger than a traditional hotel room, and came equipped with a full kitchen which was great for the days we didn’t feel like eating out. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing! But what really sets this property apart from others is it’s very own private access to the beach! My family and I had a blast at Marco Beach Vacation Suites and we can’t wait to come back! Do yourselves a favor and stay here, no resort fee’s, no fee’s for parking, no cleaning fee’s. Just a great affordable place to enjoy your getaway!

We loved it here. Great price for a lot of space! They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was just across the street to the most beautiful beach. Patio/lanai was screened in which made it so nice to sit on at night. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a crosswalk in front of the building and there is a white gate right in front of the crosswalk. You will use your room key to get through the gate to get on and off the beach.
