Welcome to our B&B, located in Wheatley, Ontario, the home of the largest fresh water fishing harbour. Nestled on 28 acres and surrounded by acres of trees we are the epitomy of relaxation. The rooms are very well appointed and we supply only superior linens and towels. We are but a short drive to Point Pelee National Park and other conservation areas, a 2 minute drive to the beach or golf course and within a half hour of numerous acclaimed wineries. Windsor- Essex and Chatham -Kent offer 6 black history sites. Open year-round. LGBT friendly.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this charming and beutiful B&B in the Glorious Room. Deb, the host, was super friendly and made us instantly feel at home and the 5 star breakfast she prepared was top notch. And the property is well maitained and we enjoyed seeing all the many different birds that fly around the garden. Would highly recommend this B&B for a quick getaway away from the city or if visiting nearby Point Pelee National Park.

I spent 3 nights at your wonderful place with 2 friends.I know many b&b's, especially in Canada, but yours was really the best, I have ever seen. The room was very comfortable (the Kings suite).Best aircondition, wonderful bathroom and the bed was fantastic. Every day a different breakfast, everything excellent and nearly too much.Daily fresh fruits,juice etc.My room offers also a coffeemachine, a refrigerator and everthing else you need for taking a snack at home.The host was very polite and I am happy to meet her. There are also 2 very nice dogs (black labs).You can watch there many differnt birds, like blue jay, kardinal, oreals... it is a paradise for them.Thank you so much for the nice time at your home!

My wife and I stayed at Wenzler's Landing from June 26-28, 2023. Our stay was just as incredible as previous stays and we certainly plan to go back again. The house and grounds should be featured in Better Homes & Gardens and the variety of birds visiting the property and the many bird-feeders is quite impressive. Deb's breakfasts are plentiful and a gourmet's delight and Deb herself is pleasant, gregarious and very funny. You can never go wrong staying at Wenzler's Landing and it's worth 5 stars if not more.

We can't brag enough about Wenzler's Landing. Our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 young adults) stayed for a few days in the summer and just loved it. It's in a beautiful part of the world/country/province and the property itself is just gorgeous. The landscaping around the home is very artfully done and the grounds extending behind the house are rich with trees. If you love nature, you will love walking the grounds and observing all the birds. Inside, the rooms were welcoming, comfortable and incredibly clean. The two black labs were a joy - very calm but also friendly. Deb was a great host. She rose to the challenge of our dietary requirements preparing mouth-watering and nourishing breakfasts for us. (Psst - ask Deb about her fruit salad! :) )

We were guests at a wedding that was intended to be at another location, but we were going to stay here at the B&B after the wedding was over. Due to weather, we weren’t able to have the wedding at the original venue… and this was 2 days before the wedding. Without hesitation, the owner Deb, opened her property to us literally saving the day. We were able to set things up with her help and the whole thing went smoothly despite the last minute change. It turned out to be an even better wedding venue with phenomenal scenery, a welcoming atmosphere and the most delicious breakfasts I’ve ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

We had a delightful one night stay at this wonderful B&B. It was very relaxing to be able to sit in the lovely sun-room looking at the beautiful surroundings and watching the birds eat from the feeders while we ate our lovely bowl of fruit - delightful! The French Toast with Bacon for breakfast was one of Deb's specialties and was absolutely fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come again.

All the 5 star reviews of Wenzler's Landing are absolutely accurate and well- deserved. My wife and I stayed here from August 23-25, 2021. This was our second visit and it was every bit as enjoyable as the last time. Deb is an amazing hostess and makes everyone feel at home. Her breakfasts are something to look forward to and she ups the anticipation by giving you some choices the day before. We stayed in the cozy "Nest" which comes equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable. The entire house is beautiful as are the landscaped grounds. We love touring SW Ontario and we will definitely be staying at Wenzler's Landing again. If possible, I would rate this B & B higher than a 5 star.

There is nothing to fault at Wenzler's Landing. Our host, Debbie, has designed and decorated the place with an eye for detail and ambiance. The bed was luxurious, the sheets and robes high quality. The breakfasts are legendary and filled us for the day! Best of all, Debbie is a bird enthusiast and has very many feeders around to attract different kinds of bird. There is a continual parade of beautiful birds, close enough to see, in the large, beautifully kept grounds. This is a very quiet and relaxing location.

We had the perfect stay! The owners are thoughtful with every detail. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious! The location is great, we visited Chatham-Kent and Essex regions while staying there. We'll be back for sure!

This was our second visit to this outstanding B&B, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Everything about this place is quality. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfasts are outstanding. Deb really has a flair for cooking. Each meal was amazingly delicious. We were treated, and felt, like family. The grounds around the house are surrounded by beautiful flower gardens, attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Very quiet and restful. Thanks so much Deb, for accommodating us with our morning fishing charter. This is the best place ever. It really is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Bathrooms are private, with the King suite having a full piece ensuite with a 6 foot air tub and a huge walk-in shower.
The Nest- as mentioned by Jerry V, has a 2 piece ensuite plus a 4 piece private bath on the main level.
The Glorious Morning room has a 4 piece bath next to it, and this can be shared with the Tranquility room if guests are traveling with other family members and use both rooms. Otherwise the bathroom is private.
