Called for a room during an evacuation of my area here n the west coast during Huricane Irma. Owner and management staff were unacomidating for travelers with their pet policy. Lost my hope and trust in Choice Hotels.
Room close to airport (0.6 miles), very affordable, kitchenette, King bed, nice bathroom, clean, felt safe, friendly staff. Value for price excellent. Most hotels close to airport were 2 to 3 times as much.
Please DO NOT stay at this hotel! The manager “OWNER” of this hotel is a total JERK

Hotel is nice. Love the Kitchen Area in rooms. Very quiet and peaceful. They have an area in the back next to the water with a gazebo to sit in complete with BBQ grill very nice area. The rooms are huge.

It's roughly $250 a week. You can probably call ahead and negotiate things. The manager is motivated to move the rooms, although in the summer, this place is usually packed from people from other parts of Florida who want to vacation. BTW it's a pretty basic place, you will have a stove, fridge, and microwave, as well as basic plates and cutlery. There is internet, and cable TV. The rooms are not luxury.
