We stayed one night in this hotel. We were looking for a budget hotel as the area can be pricey. The room was large and clean but seriously in need of updating. The comforter was similar to that found in dorm type rooms 30 years...More
My friend and I stayed here for a night, It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. There was nothing fancy about this place. The room was very clean. The elevator was quick for only having one elevator. The hotel is about 2 miles...More
Just stayed one night but the hotel was clean, had friendly accommodating staff and a shuttle to the Melbourne airport. Nothing fancy, but a great value for the price! Would definitely stay there again in the future.
Good Clean rooms and a good rate would make this a 5 star rating, but this motel needs a refresh. The rooms although clean are in need of new bathrooms and kitchens. Steel pots and pans are horrible to cook in and they give you...More

It's roughly $250 a week. You can probably call ahead and negotiate things. The manager is motivated to move the rooms, although in the summer, this place is usually packed from people from other parts of Florida who want to vacation. BTW it's a pretty basic place, you will have a stove, fridge, and microwave, as well as basic plates and cutlery. There is internet, and cable TV. The rooms are not luxury.
