Nice hotel in a great location, showers could be a little better as far as hot water and pressure. Valet needs improvement but Eduardo the Bellman was absolutely amazing to us and made sure we had everything we needed and so helpful!! All in all we would stay here again!
Great dancing she was good and informative music had me hyped would definitely do it again sangria was delicious made salsa so fun and easy to do and the roof top was a great add on great instruction it was fun
The room was OK. Great view facing the water but found it was a bit dirty with stains on their white duvet. What made the experience better was Ernesto form security. We had lost our battery pack and without hesitation he went to look for it, found it and saved it for me until I could get back to pick it up. Thank you Ernesto from making our OK stay to a better one.
A great time the perfect place for a beautiful fabulous wedding weekend ceremony for my granddaughter and her fiancé. Archie greeted us with warmth, care info and awesome assistance. Families Loved it
Our first time here really enjoyed, Eduardo who is a bellman there always greeted us with a smile and was so very helpful! Eric the bartender was entertaining and makes a great cocktail! They each made the visit a great one!
Definitely what I would consider a high end hotel, but comes with a very friendly and helpful front desk and bellhop staff. The facility is immaculate with a modern appeal. The room was upscale and housekeeping provided great attention to detail with the cleanliness. The bed, linens and pillows were all fresh and comfortable. Many rooms have a view of the Port of Miami and it’s alongside the Miami River with its constant flotilla of beautiful yachts motoring by. The pool and deck are very relaxing. We ate at restaurants off property, but we heard Zuma had delicious food. The meeting space and service was also exceptional. Amenities included were AM coffee and hot chocolate, afternoon lobby happy hour with wine and the use of bikes to make your way around town.
the staff is absolutely amazing and extremely friendly ! They were all very welcoming. Eduardo the bellman was very helpful and even recommended places to visit. The food places he mentioned were AMAZING.
This was our first time in Miami and we were in town for the crossfit competition Wodapalooza. This hotel was very close to Bayfront Park so we could quickly walk to the event every morning. We initially picked it due to the location from the event, and due to it being an IHG hotel, which my wife primarily uses. She is in the military and uses IHG hotels due to them being military friendly. Her platinum level IHG status got us upgraded in this hotel to a beautiful room facing the water! It had a lovely balcony we could look out and relax. The bathtub was large enough to fit both of us in it. The closet even had a yoga mat in it. The hotel has very strict key cards, in that your card allowed the elevator to go to your floor only, or the 16th floor where the pool and bar/lounge area was. One one hand this was nice, but on the other hand, no one in the elevator could hit the button for your floor but you. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room, but there is a nice complimentary coffee bar in the lobby in the morning, with tea, coffee, decaf, and even a hot chocolate bar. It has soy milk as a milk alternative. The water is right by the front door so you get to see all the nice expensive yachts parked to the side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a very nice restaurant on the ground floor that we did not try because we did not have the proper attire, however the restaurant on the 16th floor had very good oysters. I could have stayed in this hotel forever and if we ever come back to Miami, this is where we will be staying!…
Epic hotel was very nice and everything was great. I would especially like to state the exceptional treatment and service provided by Eduardo the bellman. He is always very helpful and nice everyone we visit the hotel.
Never been so disrespected when there was a Mix up with the room and the manager we dealt with said "well - we can refund you and you can find another hotel" After travelling from Europe and to say this - was not a way to de escalate the situation. I acknowledge that sometimes mix up happens and I recognize this week was a busy week for the hotel, but not acknowledging the issue and passing the blame is not what a customer service is. However, I do respectfully say that your cleaning crews was Amazing and always smiling. thanks to them. We wer able to at least enjoy our time.
