Some of the reviews here gripe that this property is composed of three former apartment buildings, but that's what takes it out of the realm of cookie-cutter Residence Inn and gives a nostalgic Floridian vibe that fits well with the Coconut Grove area. The courtyard is lushly planted. Breakfast offerings varied and well prepared (well, the eggs need improvement). Spotless...

Overall I will recommend this hotel if you are travelling as a family. It has large rooms suitable for the whole family and the breakfast is invluded. The breakfast itself is decent and comparable to what is found at other American hotels but compared to European hotels, you may find is simple. The location of the hotel is nice in...

We had a good stay at this hotel. Great location in Coconut grove. They were amazingly friendly and committed to make our stay confortable. We had no blender in our room but the management facilitated a blender just for us to allow our baby twins have their daily meals, which was great for us and we were grateful. Our room...

Our third stay at this Residence Inn. Renovated rooms are very nice. Bathroom toilet in two bedroom unit is "tiny." Twenty dollar/day parking fee. Pet charge is $100/month, not prorated. Hot breakfast was very good; plenty of choices with good hours. Desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. Great location for dining out in Coconut Grove. Grandkids loved nearby Cheesecake...

The hotel is clean and well managed. I'd just expect to pay a fair amount less per night ... maybe up to $150? It's located in a nice and upcoming community, but not spectacular or even convenient. The breakfast is average and can fill you up; I'd just like to see all hotels scramble real eggs!

Needed a place to stay for night after leaving Key West, very nice accommodations with the typical Residence Inn amenities. Hotel was booked With what appeared to be a youth swim team. Except for seeing them at breakfast we would have never known they were staying there. Walked to the marina a few blocks away and had a relaxing lunch...

Let me first point out the good things: Hotel is simply somewhat nice and that's all. Service is very good, location is great if you like to be near the heart of Coconut Grove. They have a neat gym, we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is old but neatly renovated. The things we did not like at all. Price:...

Mauricio A, Thank you for taking the time to post a review for our hotel. I apologize that the oven in your Two Bedroom Two Bath unit required replacement during your stay with us. It troubles me to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. I can assure you that this is not the norm for our hotel, and that...

Stayed here for two weeks in December with the family. This property is used to be an apartment complex and consists of three buildings. Your room door opens directly to the outside, kinda like a motel. Inside all the standard Residence Inn things, like kitchen, sofa bed, work desk and a bed. We only had breakfast at the included buffet...

We are in Miami for the Coral Reef Yacht Club Orange Bowl regatta. We selected a one bedroom suite for a family of three. The room was a decent size with a good kitchen. I would not recommend for a larger family. The facilities are good, unseated small pool, decent free breakfast, good workout room, laundry and gas BBQ pits....

Torstein B. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your recent stay. We thank you so much for staying with us. Your comment about the unseated pool was concerning as our pools were furnishes with brand new furniture this year. Please feel free to give me a call, if maybe this was a typo and there...

Clean property, good service. Modern setup, looks like they renovated not long ago. Nothing special in terms of amenities or breakfast. Parking is extra, but maybe that's how it works around that area. Overall good in terms of location for the right price.
