Our stay did not start well and ended even worse. We were traveling with our son, his wife and our 3 young grandchildren. One of the reasons we chose to stay here prior to our cruise was the free airport shuttle. After a long travel day, we waited and waited some more for the shuttle, even calling the hotel back to ask how much longer it would be. A guy finally came, picked us up and dropped us at the hotel. Front desk staff gave us key cards, which are required to use the elevator. She also told us laundry was free if we bought detergent there in the little shop in the lobby. Our room was clean. However, there was a large black patch of mold on the ceiling. Breakfast the next morning was okay, basically, yogurt and cereal and waffles. We were disappointed to find no fresh fruit. Upon checkout, we waited for the shuttle, which we had already reserved and paid for, to take us to the cruise port. We were outside with young children and lots of luggage and the shuttle never did come. Since by that time, we were long past our boarding time, we finally called a cab. We choose to stay in Hiltons, knowing what to expect, but this rundown hotel, along with unreliable shuttle service, was not something I am willing to visit again.…
So beautiful and clean! The lobby staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms are perfect size and the beds comfortable. The hotel itself is modern and looks like new or renovated! Will recommend to stay there!
It’s another Hampton that has been run into the ground. An owner-operator is bleeding the property and minimal reinvestment. It will probably be a motel 6 in another year or so. The carpet's shabby beds are awful. Rooms smell musty, and when told of issues, staff agreed the place is falling apart.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is clean, inviting, quiet, comfortable, and modern. It's also only minutes away from the airport, though it was very quiet. The staff were friendly, including our shuttle driver. We arrived around 9:15 p.m. for a layover, so we only spent one night in the hotel, but we were greeted warmly, and we all slept well. The breakfast was delicious, too (I always love the waffles). The hotel is very secure: key cards are required to use the elevator. The price was reasonable, too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all of the staff for making our stay so great.
This was the worst Hampton Inn/ Hilton property we have ever stayed at. The room smelled like wet dog, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom was not clean and the room was exceptionally noisy. We arrived in the evening after a long day of traveling and were exhausted and stayed overnight as we did not know the area well and were afraid we would not be able to find other accommodations. No management was onsite. We left the property at 8:30 AM the next morning and there was still no manager present. I asked that he call me and was assured that he would. He did not. I called the hotel hourly to be informed that he had not yet arrived but would call me. When I called at 1:30 PM I was told that there was nothing wrong with the room and he would not be returning my call. The level of professionalism and quality of this property were unacceptable. We would never stay here again. This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name.…
Went during business trip. The young lady that greeted me on Sunday morning was great and welcoming. The room overall was terrible. It smelled terrible. Toilet was clogged and couldn’t flush, only had one towel. The breakfast was too salty.
The staff was awesome and helped us to drop off our rental early. The front staff was friendly and the room was spacious and super clean! The location is awesome for anyone flying in or out of Miami. There is a food truck located outside with seating and delicious food. Will stay here again.
Stayed here between flights the next day. Great shuttle service. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast better than most. Location was very convenient. 10 minutes to drop off most days and right at your terminal. Totally satisfied with our stay
We got in around midnight and basically just slept here. We did not even eat breakfast. The Check in and check out ladies were friendly. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was very convenient to the airport. However both of our lyft drivers had quite a hard time finding it.
This is a basic Hampton Inn with pretty much everything you would expect. It was clean and close to the airport. The front desk staff isn’t the friendliest. We asked if there were any places close for dinner. The lady handed us menus from mostly pizza delivery places. There was actually a restaurant in another Hilton property close by, but she never shared that. We discovered that on our own..The shuttle drivers were very accommodating. The one driver couldn’t speak English so he used his app on his phone to translate what he wanted to tell us. He just showed us what it said in English which was perfectly fine. This is fine for a quick in and out when you need to spend the night coming in from one flight to take an early morning flight and get to the airport the next morning.…
