Hotel was fairly new and very modern. VERY CLEAN. EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Beds were comfortable, TV was large. Food in the restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our stay in Miami (the other 2 were more expensive) THIS ONE WAS BY FAR THE BEST ONE!!! I would stay there again when I return to Miami.
Hi , Radisson red Miami airport is super nice hotel, very friendly employees, close to airport with easy and quick shuttle service for free, also going to center is very convenient with uber, big rooms and nice pool.
I had two short stays at Radisson Red Miami Airport before and after a cruise. Ignorant lady on reception obviously there for the wage not to help. Rooms are bright and very well sized. But the floors are dirty, shower usually comes with added hair. Lack of towels. No face flannel, not bathroom matt. Showers are slippery and DO NOT come with a grip matt. Neither coffee machine in the two rooms I had worked. The second sparked when plugged in! I asked for it to be replaced and was told it would be sorted immediately. 3 hours later and still waiting. The food is very good, the bar staff are excellent but run ragged. The overall ambience is of a very Brutalistic architecture with splashes of PopArt references throughout. Good pool. Good access to the airport. Free wi-fi. Free transfer to airport. The photo shows a dampened toilet GENTLY wiped over the bathroom and bedroom floor. DISGUSTING…
Free airport shuttle was fast and convenient. Staff were helpful and nice, room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our overnight layover. We didn’t use restaurant or any of the facilities but they looked nice. We would stay here again.
Modern minimalist industrial style hotel. Chic stylish lobby and swanky, raw exposed concrete ceilings in rooms. Great price for value compared to hotels closer to Miami Beach and Miami cruise port. Make sure to sign up for Radisson Rewards to grab maximum stay point bonus. When booking through the Radisson Hotel Americas app, you'll receive the rooms heavily discounted, especially if booking a few weeks in advance. Be sure to choose the room option that gives your room free breakfast in the lobby. It's a breakfast buffet, not overflowing with options, but tasty and fresh and gives you a good start to the day while in Miami. This hotel is still very new and shows itself beautifully. Very close to the airport and approximately 15-20 minutes to the Miami Cruise port and 10-15 minutes to downtown Miami and South Beach. Lobby bar is open and airy and gets fun and entertaining based on the amount of guests that make their way down for drinks and food. Full service kitchen with great selection of meals and snacks as well as beer on tap and hard alcohol. Say hi to Sarah, one of the bartenders, she's amazing. This hotel has a small pool, which is perfect for a quick dip and doesn't seem to get too busy. Also don't miss the ping pong and foosball room in the lobby. Great for your competitive spirit. Overall, are there bigger, grander hotels in the area? Of course! But the price vs value and modern look and feel of the Radisson Red Miami Airport Hotel is very hard to beat. …
Where do I start from? This is my very first time staying at any Radisson red hotel. I always go with Hilton but my travel agent convinced and set me up the this terrible place. My review is only for this location as it would be wrong to generalize that all Radisson hotels are the same. They claim that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, that’s a lie. We were at the airport for over 45 minutes with no shuttle in sight. Called the hotel and they said it will be there soon. After 30 minutes, a shuttle came by and said he was full. Called the hotel and was told another is on the way. Finally, an hour and half later, we got an Uber. Getting to the airport, it was so cold with dirty floors in the room (socks turns black with furs after walking on). Turned the heat up to 80 degrees, still cold. Called the front desk for extra blanket that took an hour to be delivered after 1am. The blanket was so cheap and did nothing. I laid in bed with my clothes on and could not sleep. Finally, at 6:30am, I went to ask for a manager to express my concerns. The first nice gentleman I met at the desk apologized and said that the heat was broken and that they have been meaning to fix it but are yet to get to it. Also bear in mind that they give you 1 face cloth and 2 towels for 2 people on the room. He promised to relay the message to the manager to call me. It’s been 3 days and have not heard anything. You pay extra $12 for the so called breakfast buffet. I will NEVER VISIT RADISSON HOTEL as this was a terrible and traumatic experience. Needless to say that I checked out the very next day.…
I am not the type to leave poor reviews, but this beautiful hotel needs to know why they will be unable to keep business. We had a late arrival last night, but the restaurant didn’t close for another 39 minutes, but when sat down and asked for a menu, we were told they could only offer two items because they already packed everything away for the night. No biggie…had a good night in our comfortable room. Came down to breakfast and the person at the bar was very unfriendly or helpful and told us we had only 5 minutes to get our food. As we ate, the hotels power went out and stayed out for about an hour. I went to use the restroom and there was no hand soap or paper towels. I notified the front desk and she said housekeeping is cleaning rooms right now so the best she can offer is a tissue. Went back to have a seat and finish our tea and were told that area is closed and told us to go stand in the lobby (since there were no seats available) while she proceeded to sit and play in her phone for 30 minutes in the now empty dining area, while all of the guests were left struggling for comfortable places to stand in the lobby. Terrible customer service but the hotel itself is attractive and pretty clean. …
The hotel is very nice. It's in a sketchy area but the rooms are new. Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. We went to the front desk to get more and the girl was on her phone. She seemed inconvenienced to assist us to get more. She first said she didn't have any??? How do you not have towels. The service during our whole entire stay was not good. No one did anything to make us feel even wanted as a guest. Sorry to see that this place doesn't care.
Rooms were not clean and were not cleaned during our stay. No clean towels. Not satisfied at all. Food in snackbar was rather expensive also the breakfast, and it was not complete. Second day choice in breakfast was very poor.
Maria whom checked us in, was very friendly, upbeat and efficient. She went above & beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. It’s because of her I gave a 5 star rating to the hotel. Having her on your staff is most definitely an asset to your company.
